We are an Elite Personal Dance training program that works in alliance with dance studios all across the United States. TDP enhances dance training by applying the principles of bio-mechanics and functional science, which includes structural symmetry, transformation of momentum, cultivation of energy and quality of movement... We focus on strength, flexibility, endurance, stability, confidence, and most importantly injury prevention.
