Alisha Bellezza is senior vice president, global Automotive Coatings for PPG. Since joining PPG in 2023, she has also served on the company's operating committee. In her role as senior vice president, global Automotive Coatings, Bellezza supports PPG's continued focus and innovation related to improving sustainability for automotive customers, while also driving expansion and success in the mobility sector and contributing to growth at PPG. Prior to joining PPG, Bellezza served as president, thermal and specialized solutions, and was a member of the executive team for Chemours. In her more than eight years with Chemours, Bellezza also served as vice president, global sales, commercial operations, and supply chain, from 2018 to 2020, and vice president, treasurer and head of investor relations, from 2016 to 2018. Before joining Chemours in 2015, Bellezza held various positions at FMC Corporation in the areas of finance, strategy, and business development between 2006 and 2015. Prior to launching a career in the chemicals sector, Bellezza held positions in finance and banking. Bellezza holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Tulane University in New Orleans, La., and an MBA from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.

Amy R. Ericson

Amy Ericson has dedicated her career to leading solutions-oriented businesses in global corporations. A compassionate and engaging leader, she focuses on delivering business results through products that enhance the world. Now senior vice president, Protective and Marine Coatings, Ericson champions PPG's efforts to Protect and Beautify the World. Ericson joined PPG in 2018 as a senior vice president leading both the global Packaging Coatings and Specialty Coatings and Materials business units. In that dual role, she drove profitable growth for both businesses through a focus on sustainable metal packaging coatings innovations and an array of specialty coatings and materials that enable efficiency. In January 2023, she was appointed SVP, Protective and Marine Coatings where she will focus on positioning PPG as a global leader in sustainable coatings that protect and beautify industrial assets exposed to extreme conditions. She also gained oversight of PPG's Latin American region. Prior to joining PPG, Ericson was the president of SUEZ Chemical Monitoring and Solutions after SUEZ acquired General Electric's Water Services Company, where she similarly served as president. While at General Electric, Ericson helped lead the organization's water purification efforts while managing the growth and profitability for the $1.2 billion business composed of over 2,700 employees. During a 20-year tenure at Alstom S.A. where she held a number of titles culminating with president and CEO of Alstom in the U.S., Ericson was instrumental in the energy and integrated transport system-focused corporation's carbon capture efforts. She played a leading role in signing the first commercial offshore wind contract in the United States. And, at the request of the U.S. Energy Secretary, she chaired a study assessing the value proposition for global carbon capture and storage. Ericson also worked for Exxon Corporation, Mobil Oil, and DuPont in the early years of her career. She is passionate about mentoring and supporting women in STEM education and is the executive sponsor of PPG's Women's Leadership Network (WLN). Ericson sits on the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh Board of Trustees and is also a member of the Penn State College of Engineering Industrial and Professional Advisory Council. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School. An avid reader, lifelong swimmer and Pilates enthusiast, Ericson is mother to four daughters and resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with her husband and dogs.

Anne M. Foulkes - Chief Legal Officer, SVP

Anne Foulkes is senior vice president and general counsel for PPG. She has served on PPG's executive and operating committees since 2018 and is the executive sponsor of PPG's LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Network. Foulkes joined PPG in Pittsburgh, Pa., in 1995, initially supporting the chemicals group on commercial and contract legal matters. Since that time, she has worked in a number of roles of increasing responsibility, including providing legal support to all of the company's business units and the environment, health and safety (EHS) function, and serving as counsel for the corporate development group, providing legal support for global acquisition and divestiture activities. In 2005, Foulkes was promoted to corporate counsel with responsibility for all commercial, antitrust, labor and employment, and intellectual property legal matters for the aerospace, architectural coatings, automotive refinish, and performance and marine coatings businesses, and in 2010, she was promoted to assistant general counsel. Foulkes was appointed assistant general counsel and secretary of the company in 2011 and then in 2016, was elected as vice president, associate general counsel and secretary. She was elected an executive officer in 2018 and named to her current role. As vice president, associate general counsel and secretary, her responsibilities included leading and managing legal support for the commercial, antitrust, corporate development, labor and employment, and intellectual property matters for all PPG strategic business units, the Latin America region and securities, finance and corporate governance matters. In her current role, Foulkes has responsibility for PPG's global legal and compliance matters as well as USCA government affairs activities. Prior to joining PPG, Foulkes was a litigation attorney with the law firm of Eckert, Seamans, Cherin & Mellott in Pittsburgh. She earned a bachelor's degree from Tufts University and a law degree from The Dickinson School of Law. Foulkes is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel and served on the board of the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank from 2011 to 2021. She currently serves on the Board of the United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania.

Chancey Hagerty is senior vice president, global automotive refinish coatings, PPG. In addition to his global leadership role in automotive refinish coatings, Hagerty has leadership oversight for the Asia-Pacific region, aerospace business and PPG Advanced Surface Technologies, a joint venture with entrotech, Inc., focused on clear protective film and paint film technology. He has been a member of PPG's operating committee since January 2019. Hagerty began his career with PPG in 1996 at the chemical plant in Natrium, W.Va., and transitioned to a plant engineer role at PPG's Springdale, Pa., manufacturing facility two years later before moving into an industrial coatings sales position. In the years that followed, he went on to hold high-level operational, marketing and commercial roles in PPG's industrial coatings and automotive OEM coatings businesses, including serving as the business director for building products, consumer electronics and transportation coatings. Hagerty relocated to Rolle, Switzerland, in 2015 to serve as the industrial coatings general manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa. He returned to the Pittsburgh, Pa., area in 2019 when he was elected as vice president, global industrial coatings and then was appointed as vice president of global automotive refinish coatings in 2020. A native of Pittsburgh, Chancey earned a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering from West Virginia University and a master of business administration degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Juliane Hefel is a seasoned executive with a passion for transformational change and value creation. Currently serving as senior vice president, industrial coatings and specialty coatings and materials at PPG, she oversees more than 1,300 employees at over 50 manufacturing sites and research centers. Hefel brings more than 20 years of broad international experience and multi-disciplineary expertise to her role. She is also a member of PPG's operating committee. Before joining PPG in September 2022, Hefel worked at Henkel where she served most recently as corporate vice president, automotive OEM business Americas with profit and loss responsibility for the adhesives technologies strategic business unit in North America and Mexico. She developed and executed strategic plans to achieve revenue and profit growth, drive operational excellence and built future-ready innovation portfolios. Before that, Hefel was Henkel vice president, acoustics and structurals business, North America and Mexico where she delivered growth targets both organically and through acquisitions. With a strong background in business development, marketing and strategic sourcing, Hefel held multiple different roles with increasing scope and leadership responsibility that led her to also spend several years in China as the purchasing director and material group lead for Indirect Materials APAC. In this role, she developed a long-term strategic organizational blueprint to enable double digit business growth. A native of Austria, Hefel holds Master of Arts degrees in Translation Studies from University of Vienna and in Business Administration and Management from Vienna University of Economics and Business. As a "people first" leader, Hefel is an active mentor for emerging talent. She is also passionate about sustainability and giving back to the community through volunteer engagements.

Kevin D. Braun is senior vice president, operations. In this role, he leads the operations organization and also maintains executive oversight accountability for packaging coatings, and specialty coatings and materials. Braun has been a member of PPG's operating committee since 2020. Braun began his career at PPG in 1991 as a production engineer at the Delaware, Ohio, coatings manufacturing facility. He then joined the Industrial Coatings business in 1994 as a sales/service representative in the appliance division, and in 1997 relocated to Pittsburgh, Pa., as market development manager of the former fiber glass business. In 2000, Braun returned to Industrial Coatings as market manager, consumer electronics, and in 2001, he became a regional sales manager for Industrial Coatings. In 2003, Braun relocated to Charlotte, N.C., to join the Architectural Coatings business as national sales manager for the Lowe's account, and then to Dallas, Texas, when he became sales director for architectural Midwest dealers and stores in 2007. Later that year, Braun relocated to Sydney, Australia, as general manager, Architectural Coatings, Australia and New Zealand, until he relocated to Pittsburgh, in 2011 as the general manager of silica products. In August 2013, Braun was first elected vice president, global raw materials and Americas purchasing, for a short period and then transitioned to vice president, Industrial Coatings, Americas. Braun was promoted to a global leadership role for the business unit in March 2020. He became Interim Industrial Segment Leader and assumed oversight accountability for the Asia Pacific region in 2022. In 2023, Braun was named senior vice president, Industrial Coatings Segment. Braun earned a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Business Administration from Capital University. He is also a member of the board of the Children's Museum of Pittsburgh where he serves as vice president of the board and member of the governance and business development subcommittees.

Robert Massy is senior vice president and chief human resources officer for PPG. Sam Millikin

Sam Millikin is global vice president, Aerospace, for PPG, and a member of the company's operating committee. During his nearly 35-year tenure at PPG, Millikin has progressed through various roles of increasing responsibility, including positions in manufacturing, sales and marketing within PPG's specialty coatings and materials business. In 2013, Millikin joined PPG's aerospace packaging business as global platform business manager where he was responsible for strategy development, marketing, manufacturing, supply chain and engineering/product development. He was named global platform director for PPG's aerospace sealants and packaging business in 2017 where he managed all aspects of this business. In 2020, Millikin was appointed to global platform director of PPG's aerospace coatings and sealants business. In his current role as global vice president, Aerospace, Millikin oversees all aerospace employees at more than 30 manufacturing facilities, application support centers and research sites worldwide. Vincent (Vince) J. Morales - CFO, SVP

Vince Morales is senior vice president and chief financial officer, PPG. He is a member and secretary of PPG's operating committee and member of the executive committee since 2017. Morales joined PPG in 1985 in the corporate controller's office at the Pittsburgh, Pa., headquarters. He then advanced through traditional finance and accounting assignments including as supervisor, shared accounting services at the Chillicothe, Ohio, shared services center and as plant controller at the former PPG glass plant in Mount Zion, Ill. Morales returned to Pittsburgh in 2000 as manager, chemical revenue recognition and became director, internal financial reporting in 2001. Beginning in 2004, he led investor relations as director, investor relations and was elected as vice president in 2007, adding responsibility as corporate treasurer in 2015. Morales was appointed as vice president, finance in June 2016 and then to his current executive officer role in March 2017. A native of Pittsburgh, Morales earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Robert Morris University and a Master of Business Administration from the Ohio State University. He is a member of the board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania since 2017.
