With more than 40 years experience as a manager, including 13 years as a CEO in the medical industry, I've seen and experienced the best and the worst of management styles... Having studied leadership - because I really like to know how things and people work - for 18 of those years, I've learned a lot about how people react, plan (or fail to), focus on the end game, and work in the moment.
