The year was 1988 when Joe Malik 3d started his first newspaper in Livingston County, a monthly paper called The Uptown Review. After it's one year anniversary the paper became a weekly publication and the name was then changed to the Livingston Chronicle. The Livingston Chronicle was then recognized as the legal paper of record for Livingston County allowing it to take legal notices... When I sit and think I have to ask myself if I'm a better person this day. Have I tried to make someone else's life better by my actions? How can I be better this day? Life is an amazing journey so be the person God intended you to be and have a Safe and Incredible Day my Friends!!!
