Akila Karanja, RN, MSN, FNP-C completed her training at the Indiana University at South Bend Graduate School of Nursing in South Bend, Indiana, and is licensed in the state of Indiana as an Advanced Practice Nurse. Akila is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the Bethel College School of Nursing. Akila is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
Alex Allison, MSW, LCSW, is a Marion native and a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Social Work. Alex enjoys spending time with his family and finds peace being in nature. An avid soccer fan, Alex has been as Assistant Coach for the Marion High School boys' soccer team for the last five years.
Alyssa, PA-C graduated from University of Charleston, WV. Prior to graduate school, she attended IU Bloomington for her bachelor's degree. While there, she served on a medical mission trip to Guatemala and found her passion for caring for underserved populations and expanding access to medical care. Ms. Cartin believes in disease prevention and promoting healthy lifestyles. She strives to develop strong rapport, listen to patients, and have individualized care plans. Patients will feel heard and know she is committed to their care. She enjoys finding new recipes, volunteering, fishing/kayaking, walking her puppy, and spending time with family and friends.
Amber Gonzales graduated from Indiana University School of Social Work and is licensed through the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Board. As a lifelong resident of South Bend, Amber is committed to providing quality care to her community. Amber has over 8 years of direct experience with both adults and children, and is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
Amber enjoys nature, and time with her spouse, two sons, and her adored (and spoiled) cats.
Amie Brunner joined the IHC team in March 2020 as the Nurse Manager at IHC Jackson County and became practice manager in March 2021. She was in the Army National Guard for seven years and served as a medic. While in the National Guard, she was able to get both her ASN and BSN in Nursing from Indiana University. Amie completed her Master of Public Health Degree from Indiana State University in 2019 and has previous experience working in the public school system, hospital setting, and medical office setting.
Angela Peterson received her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from Indiana University South Bend in 1995. She has been in healthcare for 25 years and has experience working in chiropractic and obstetrics/gynecology. She is honored to a part of IHC, providing high quality and affordable healthcare to our community. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, camping, kayaking, raising chickens, and hunting for morel mushrooms in the spring.
Angela Russo is a native of Peru, IN., and a graduate of IUPU Fort Wayne with an Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene. She has 32 years of experience as a dental hygienist. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, living a healthy lifestyle, and spending time with family and friends.
Ann Lundy is the Chief Executive Officer for Indiana Health Centers, Inc. Ann is a native Hoosier and earned an Associate Degree in Nursing from the University of Indianapolis, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Indiana University. She earned her Master of Business Administration degree from Rockhurst University. As a Certified Oncology Nurse, she previously managed the inpatient oncology unit at St. Francis Hospital in Indianapolis.
Ann brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and passion for healthcare delivery to our most vulnerable populations. She is a Registered Nurse with more than 26 years of experience in ever-expanding healthcare roles that include leading, designing, managing, structuring, and implementing operational policies and procedures that support businesses for Medicaid and Medicare managed care programs. These positions allowed Ann to sharpen her skills in strategic direction, and program development across multiple business lines to achieve specific goals and objectives. Ann has also worked in population health, where she honed her skills in designing complex clinical models to improve health outcomes.
Ann has been very active in healthcare policy as she served and chaired the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services Medicaid Advisory Committee (MAC) for over five years.
For nearly 10 years, Ann worked for United HealthCare Community and State on a national level. She first served as Senior Director of Clinical Operations and later was promoted to National Vice President of Clinical Operations. Within both of these positions, she was responsible for all clinical operations for Community and State Businesses, which included 25 health plans covering more than four million Medicaid lives. These health plans covered TANF, CHIP, ABD, LTSS, and D-SNP.
She remains very active in her community serving on various boards after having completed an elected three-year term on the Christ the King Catholic School Board in Indianapolis.

Bobbi Jo Luttrell received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Indiana University-Purdue University, Columbus. Additionally, she is a dual-certified nurse practitioner by ANCC in family primary care and psychiatric mental health, with a master's degree and post-master's degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. Bobbi is a native Hoosier who enjoys camping, kayaking, and being in nature with her standard poodle, Duckie. She also actively serves in her local church.
Cristina Hermosillo , PA-C is a bilingual medical care provider. Cristina completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology and earned her Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. She is from Mexican-American ethnicity and currently serves in the U.S Army Reserve. She values patient-centered and individualized care based on each patient's unique needs. She strives to be efficient and communicative to provide the best quality care possible to her patients. When she is not caring for her patients, Cristina enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, finding new recipes and most importantly spending time with family.
Dana Weaver, MSN APRN, PMHNP-BC completed her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Southern Indiana in Evansville, Indiana, and is licensed in the state of Indiana as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. Dana is board certified as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Indiana University East in Richmond, Indiana and her Associate of Science in Nursing at Ivy Tech Community College in Madison, Indiana. She enjoys the ocean, camping, kayaking, and anything related to nature. Dana is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association.
Daniel Mulawa, PA-C, is originally from St. Louis, MO and moved to Indianapolis to attend Butler University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in 2021 and Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree in 2023. Before becoming a PA, he worked as an EMT-B in Columbus, OH and as a personal assistant for those with special needs, helping them with their daily tasks and integrating within the community. Daniel is EMT-B, BLS, and ACLS certified. Outside of work, he has two cats and loves to engage in activities like playing video games, biking, reading, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
Dorcas Hodges graduated from Purdue University Global in 2021. She is licensed as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Her desire to care for people and provide education that makes a positive influence on their health lead her to a career in healthcare. In her free time, Dorcas enjoys spending time with her family and friends, learning new languages, and traveling.
Dr. Kalinowski matriculated at the University of Illinois majoring in Biology with a minor in Spanish, and then received his Master's in Public Health from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. A Michigan native, he relocated to Indianapolis in 1998 to begin his professional career as an epidemiologist with the Indiana State Department of Health, where he first crossed paths with IHC while working on improving statewide childhood immunization coverage. Although he enjoyed the breadth of public health, he felt called to pursue a career in medicine with the hopes of integrating a population-based approach to medical care with the care of underserved patients. In 2000, Dr. Kalinowski began his medical career at Indiana University's School of Medicine and completed his internship and residency in both Internal Medicine and Family Medicine at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. From there, Dr. Kalinowski joined Eskenazi Health in 2008, where he provided both inpatient and outpatient care and helped to establish the Pedigo Health Center, an integrated clinic focused on providing both primary care and behavioral health services for those experiencing homelessness. During this time he was also on faculty at the I.U. School of Medicine, teaching medical students and residents. He subsequently served as a Medical Director at Activate Healthcare, and most recently, as Department Medical Director of the REACH Program at Community Health Network, which focused on providing team-based, multidisciplinary care for some of the Network's more medically complicated patients. Dr. Kalinowski has been the recipient of many honors and awards, but the one for which he is most proud is his Physician of the Year award given while at Eskenazi, recognizing the success he and his team achieved serving the homeless population. He has a passion for working with the underserved and supporting a team that takes care of those patients.
When he's not practicing medicine, Dr. Kalinowski enjoys traveling and spending time in the outdoors, fishing, hiking, and gardening. He's currently rehabbing a small cottage in northern Indiana, and right here in Indianapolis he raises bees! But mostly, he enjoys spending time with his son, Joel, a Sophomore at Indiana University, every chance he gets.
Dr. Ahmad Sameer El Sawy Soliman, MD, MRCPCH completed his pediatric residency training at The Brookdale University Hospital Center located in Brooklyn, New York, and is a licensed physician in the state of Indiana. He is a board-certified pediatrician through the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP) and has served as a Senior Pediatric Resident with the National Health Services (NHS) at Royal Oldham Hospital in Manchester, United Kingdom, and as a Senior Pediatric Emergency Medicine Resident with the Ministry of Health Sultanate of Oman Sohar Hospital North Batinah Governorate. Dr. Soliman is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt where he completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery, M.B.B.Ch. He also holds a Diploma in Child Health (DCH International) and membership with the Royal College of Pediatrics and Child Health in the United Kingdom. Dr. Soliman is also certified in Basic Life Support (BLS). Dr. Soliman is an experienced pediatrician who has practiced in both hospital and clinical settings. He is highly committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
Dr. Amina Maisoon, DO completed her family medicine residency training at the UHS Wilson Hospital located in Binghamton, New York, and is a licensed physician in the state of Indiana. She is board certified in family medicine and is a fellow of the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). Dr. Maisoon is a graduate of Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York City, New York where she completed her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Doctoral Degree. She is also certified in Basic Life Support (BLS). Dr. Maisoon is an experienced family physician who has practiced in both hospital and clinical settings Improving the quality of care for minority and low-income populations.
Dr. Austin L. Simmons DMD completed his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) at the University of Louisville and is a licensed dentist in the state of Indiana. He previously graduated on the Honors Roll (Dean's List) from Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering (BSBE) and is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA). Dr. Simmons believes in conservative and evidence-based dentistry. He strives to provide enjoyable and educational experiences for patients.

Dr. Bethany Wait D.O graduated from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency at Memorial Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program. She is board certified in family medicine. She started her career in Goshen, her hometown where she practiced full-spectrum family medicine for 10 years. During the COVID pandemic she led the Elkhart County Health Department as Health Officer for 1 year. The position of Health Officer gave perspective on the critical needs of the underserved community. She came to Indiana Health Centers, to promote health for all in our community. She has been married for 16 years and has two boys aged 8 and 10. In her free time, you will find her gardening, indoor cycling and watching her oldest in swim club.
Dr. Carrie Browne received a degree in Biology and English from Towson University in Towson, MD, then went on to complete her medical degree from the University of Maryland Medical School in Baltimore, MD. She completed her residency at York Hospital in York, Pennsylvania, and has over 22 years of experience in family practice. In her free time, she enjoys gardening and woodworking. Additionally, she is an avid reader and welcomes the opportunity to learn new things. She is most passionate about educating patients on prevention and nutrition, and values a holistic approach to healthcare.

Dr. Jerra N. Sharp, DMD completed her training at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in Louisville, Kentucky where she received a doctorate in dental medicine (DMD). She is a licensed dentist in the State of Indiana and a member of both the American Dental Association (ADA) and the Indiana Dental Association (IDA). Dr. Sharp is a graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry. Dr. Sharp enjoys treatment planning for both adults and children as well as improving the dental health of families and communities.
Dr. John B. Savage completed his family medicine residency training at Indiana University Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana. Dr. Savage is board certified in Family Medicine and a member of the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). Dr. Savage also attended the Georgia Institute of Technology where he earned a masters level education, M.S.E.E, and a bachelors level education, B.E.E., with the highest honors and distinction in Electrical Engineering. Dr. Savage is an experienced family physician and is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiopulmonary Life Support (ACLS), and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
Dr. Kevin Wineinger is a native of Greenfield, Indiana. He initially attended Purdue University and worked as a mechanical engineer before changing careers and studying medicine. He completed medical school at Indiana School of Medicine while raising two children. In his free time he enjoys doing home improvements, following Liverpool Football Club (YNWA), going to concerts, and watching movies.
Dr. Elmasry is originally from Kokomo. She graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry. She enjoys doing cosmetic dentistry and giving patient's the opportunity to have confidence in their smiles. She also enjoy helping anxious patients overcome the fear of coming to the dentist. She is a big foodie and enjoy looking for new restaurants to try. Her hobbies include drawing, ceramics, and walking in the park.
Dr. Monika Bhagat completed her pediatric residency training at Driscoll Children's Hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas, and is board certified in Pediatrics. She is also a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). Dr. Bhagat is a graduate of Government Medical College in Jammu, Jammu, and Kashmir, India, where she completed her medical education and internship. Dr. Bhagat was trained in community health care as an intern in rural areas. This empowered her with the confidence and experience to manage most health concerns. She enjoys counseling young mothers on the importance of breastfeeding, immunization, child nutrition, and regular health checkups.
Dr. Philip Renfroe, MD, MScPH, completed his internship and family medicine residency at the Medical Center Department of Family Medicine in Columbus, Georgia. Dr. Renfroe is board-certified in Family Medicine with the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). Dr. Renfroe graduated from the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport, Louisiana, where he completed his doctorate in medicine. Dr. Renfroe earned a Master of Science in Public Health (Health Promotion) (MScPH) from the University of London in London, England, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine in London, England. Dr. Renfroe served many years as the Chief of Medical Staff and staff physician for adult, pediatric, and obstetrical services at Tenwek Hospital in Bomet, Kenya, East Africa. Dr. Renfroe now provides family medicine services at IHC at Marion.
Dr. Robert Zentz, M.D. completed his internship and pediatric residency training at Methodist Hospital located in Indianapolis, Indiana, and is a licensed physician in the state of Indiana. He is board certified in pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP). Dr. Zentz is a graduate of Indiana University School of Medicine located in Indianapolis, Indiana where he completed his Doctor of Medicine Doctoral Degree (MD). Dr. Zentz also holds a bachelor's degree from Taylor University located in Upland, Indiana, and is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS). Dr. Zentz is a committed pediatrician skilled in communicating with patients and guardians to ensure trusting rapport, quality care, and comprehension of health and wellness measures. Dr. Steven Obert, D.C., has been in practice for nearly 25 years. He graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic, is certified in extremity adjusting, and is trained in Cox Flexion-Distraction to help those with lumbar disc problems. A a student, he gained experience as well by working for a doctor. "Being in chiropractic school opened my eyes to how far-reaching chiropractic is in terms of being able to help with someone with their overall health, and not just relieve their back pain."

Dr. Yamna Afridi graduated from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, New Jersey. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orofacial Pain and a member of the American Academy of Orofacial Pain. Dr. Afridi provides dental services to the South Bend community for all age groups. She is certified in basic life support and continuously updates her dental knowledge by attending educational seminars. Elizabeth "Ellie" Huffman is a Certified Nurse Practitioner with an undergraduate degree and doctorate through Indiana Wesleyan University. A Berne, IN native, Ellie is a lifelong Hoosier. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and serving in her local community of Marion, IN and is active in her local church. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, cooking, traveling, running, and painting.
Elizabeth White joined the IHC WIC team in October of 2023. She has been a part of the Indiana WIC program since 2010, providing various services to participants including breastfeeding support and nutrition education in several Indiana counties. She has a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition Science, and a Master's in Public Health. Elizabeth is a Certified Health Education Specialist and a Certified Lactation Specialist. She enjoys using patient-centered counseling skills to empower families to make attainable positive health choices that result in real change. As a parent and past WIC client herself, she understands the need for quality support during the breastfeeding and parenting journey. In her leisure time, she loves spending time in nature, having quality time with her family, and walking her dog.
Erin Elizabeth Daniel, MSN, APRN, FNP-C completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Frontier Nursing University in Lexington, Kentucky and is licensed in Indiana and Florida as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. Erin is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She completed her Bachelor of Nursing and Intercultural Studies at Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana. Jennifer has over nineteen years of experience working within the State of Indiana, primarily in corrections, case management, and mental health. She specializes in operations, to include business practices, environment of care and emergency management. She is recognized as a dependable strategic leader with exceptional critical thinking and crisis management skills, expertise in maximizing resources, project management, and the ability to motivate, lead and encourage employees.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at Indiana University Kokomo. She has 19 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse on a Medical-Surgical unit. Additionally, Jennifer has experience as House Supervisor, and was most recently the Unit Shift Manager of the Med-Surg Unit. Jennifer is passionate about ensuring patients get the care and education they need to make informed healthcare decisions. When Jennifer is not at work, she enjoys gardening and time on the reservoir with her family.
Joanna L. Judith Berndt-Lorenzen has been the WIC coordinator for Lawrence County for 32 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. She is committed to helping pregnant women, infants, and children improve their lives through healthier lifestyle choices by providing education on adding nutritious foods to a daily diet, preventative health care, and breastfeeding peer counseling. Judith also supports the community with a Maternal Child Health grant, providing support, referrals, and education to pregnant and postpartum women, with the goal of empowering them in their role as new moms to help create happier and healthier families.
Dr. Stout is a Grant County native and has a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University. She received her Medical Doctorate in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics from Indiana School of Medicine and has an MBA from Purdue Global University. She loves the multigenerational aspect of primary care. She is passionate about her role as a primary care physician and considers herself to be a nonjudgmental listener who always gives her best advice. In her free time, she enjoys walking, hiking, kayaking, and bird watching. Additionally, Dr. Stout enjoys international travel and has visited five of the seven continents.

Lindsay Kasey is a life-long Hoosier, proudly growing up in Kokomo and then settling in Indianapolis after earning a Masters of Social work from Indiana University. Lindsay has built her career as a behavioral health clinician and specializes in treating complex trauma, anxiety, depression, dysregulation and relationship difficulties. In addition to being a licensed clinical social worker, Lindsay also holds a Masters in Health Administration. Along with providing clinical care at IHC Kokomo, she also serves as their Director of Behavioral Health. Lisa Achenbach, FNP, is an Indiana native and earned her BSN and MSN from Chamberlain University in Chicago. Her nursing background includes renal and oncology care, and she appreciated developing relationships with her oncology patients through their cancer journeys. Lynn Minton grew up in Marion and earned her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Indiana University in 1996 and then earned a Master's Degree in Social Work in 1999 from East Carolina University. She has held a license as a Clinical Social Worker since 2001 and is part of the Academy of Certified Social Workers. She has an extensive clinical history working with children, adults and families, providing individual, family, and group counseling. For the past 22 years, she has maintained a private practice in Bedford, working with clients from all walks of life. She has a great passion for helping her clients overcome barriers and navigate through trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, addictions, parenting, and difficult relationships. She is certified as a Star Behavioral Provider and has a special personal interest in serving our first responders, military and veterans. Lynn prides herself in providing comprehensive and compassionate care to her clients in order to help them find healing and thrive in all situations.
Outside of work, Lynn loves spending time with her family outdoors on their farmland, boating, camping, traveling, thrifting, music, gardening, and being involved in church.
MacKenzie Binkley earned her Master's of Science in Social Work from the University of Louisville in 2020. She obtained her Bachelor's in Social Work at the University of Louisville in 2019. Since then, she has gained extensive experience in diverse clinical roles, including working in psychiatric settings, substance use, and a Level One Trauma Center, where she provided therapeutic interventions to individuals navigating complex challenges.
MacKenzie specializes in treating trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Her approach is rooted in empathy and evidence-based practices, empowering her clients to heal and thrive.
Beyond her professional work, MacKenzie is an avid outdoorsperson who finds balance and inspiration in nature. She enjoys hiking, camping, and spending quality time with her family and pets. MacKenzie's dedication to her clients and passion for the outdoors reflect her holistic approach to mental health and well-being.
Mandi McMinn joined IHC in 2008 and has held various roles throughout her nursing career. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Maryville University of St. Louis, Missouri. She has found her true passion in helping the underserved populations in her community. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with family as her and grandchild. She enjoys traveling and spending time in nature by kayaking, fishing, and hiking.
Dr. Mary Jo Stine, MD, MPH completed her internship and pediatric residency training at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. She also completed her fellowship in Neonatology at Methodist Hospital. Dr. Stine is board certified in Pediatrics and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and a diplomat of the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP). Dr. Stine is a graduate of Indiana University School of Medicine, M.D., and holds a Master's degree in Public Health (MPH) from Indiana University in Indianapolis, Indiana. She is certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Dr. Stine is an experienced pediatrician who has spent her career caring for minority and low-income populations in hospital and clinical settings.
Meghan Large is a life-long Hoosier. She is a NCCPA (The National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants) board certified Physician Assistant. Meghan is eager to treat all ages and conditions, with specific interest in Mental Health advocacy and Women's Health. She is passionate about practicing medicine in underserved communities. Nicole Meyer - Chief Compliance Officer
Rob Dawson, DNP, FNP-C completed his doctoral training at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, and graduate training at Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana. Dr. Dawson is licensed in the state of Indiana as an Advanced Practice Nurse. He is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and has received several academic appointments as a lecturer and a clinical professor. Rob is certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). Dr. Dawson promotes volunteerism in health care and is particularly interested in global health care, diabetes self-management, and depression.
Robyn Bell has been a part of Indiana Health Center WIC since December 2012. She has worked for WIC for a total of 8 years. She completed her Bachelor of Science Nursing Degree from Ball State in 1993, and her Master's degree in nursing education from Ball State in 2014. Robyn is passionate about educating staff and clients about quality care related to nutrition and breastfeeding for women, infants, and children.
Ruth has been a primary care PA for over 20 years. She graduated from Western Michigan University. Her previous, experience has been in Michigan in primary care practices. Most recently, Ruth worked extensively with home-bound patients in West Michigan, which educated her on the challenges of providing medical care for those with physical or economical barriers. Ruth is passionate about giving access to excellent quality healthcare to everyone. She is grateful to work for IHC and its mission. When she is not working, Ruth likes to garden, cook, read, walk, bike, hike and camp.
Sharon has been on Indiana Health Center's WIC team since 2003. She is a graduate of the University of Dayton, in Ohio, and has worked in nutrition for over 20 years. Sharon has worked as a WIC Nutritionist, Vendor Specialist, and Site Supervisor. She completed the training and exam to become an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) in 2009. This helps her better serve our breastfeeding families. She enjoys getting to know our WIC families and encouraging positive lifestyle habits. Sharon's joy comes from seeing so many success stories. In her leisure, time she has been an enthusiastic foster mother and dog sitter to several dogs, and adopted Charlie, making her a full-time enthusiastic dog mom!
Sheila Green joined Indiana Health Centers in April of 2007. She graduated from Indiana University's School of Dentistry Hygiene program in 2004. Sheila enjoys helping patients understand the importance of good oral hygiene and takes pride in doing her best to provide quality care for each of her patients.
Stacy joined the IHC WIC team in March of 2005, but her overall WIC experience spans over 27 years. She earned her Bachelors of Science degree from Purdue University. She is both a Registered Dietitian and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. She is active in her community serving as Vice President of the board of directors for both the Clinton County Boys and Girls Club and Healthy Communities Coalition of Clinton County.

Tammy began her medical career as an LPN in 1994. She received her associate and bachelor degrees in nursing from Ivy Tech. Tammy joined the Marion WIC team in 2010 and was promoted to Site Supervisor in May of 2016. She enjoys working with her clients and strives to ensure that her team is supporting families by filling in the gaps with information and education that they may not receive from their primary care providers. Tracy J. Nagel joined Indiana Health Centers, Inc. in June 2008 as Chief Financial Officer. Tracy has over 26 years of experience in health services, including senior financial and organizational positions. His background includes roles as Chief Financial Officer, Director of Finance, and Controller in health services, including oversight of Information Systems, Materials Management, Information Management, and Patient Billing. He also has two years of banking experience in the roles of Vice President of Risk Management and Vice President/Controller.
A native of Ohio, Tracy earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from The Defiance College. Tracy has previously served several positions with United Way of Defiance County, including Board of Directors Member, Allocations Committee Chairperson, and Finance Committee Chairperson.
Tracy Riddle, RN earned her Associate of Science in Nursing degree from Ivy Tech College and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University. She has experience working in several healthcare roles that include Emergency Room RN, Clinic Nurse, Nurse Manager, and Practice Manager. She has been a Practice Manager with IHC Marion since September 2017.

Trent A. Stone, BS, MS earned his Masters of Science at the Center for Information and Communication Sciences and his Bachelors in Management Information Systems with a second major in Finance on the Ball State University Campus. Trent is highly experienced with over 20 years of technical and management experience in a broad range of industries including banking, pharmaceuticals, consulting, commercial software, and IT managed services. Trent spent 8 years at Eli Lilly and Company leading various IT infrastructures and corporate finance projects; later he became co-founder and CEO of Dyan-Linc Incorporated, a commercial software company specializing in ambulance billing, EMT data capture & collection, and ambulatory care quality management. Starting in 2006 Trent served as Vice President of The Brookfield Group, a company providing IT infrastructure support and managed services. Trent was hired as Chief Information Officer for Indiana Health Centers, Inc. in 2010.
Victoria has a bachelor's degree from Indiana University and started her career as a property manager working with tax credit, income-based housing. She then obtained her administrator's license and began working as an Executive Director in long term care, assisted living communities. These communities were tax credit, income based and worked with seniors most in need of care. Victoria joined IHC in April 2023 as the Practice Manger at our Bedford location. She is dedicated to helping patients of all ages find resources to meet their care needs. Victoria shares life with her husband Chad and two sons in Bloomington where they enjoy time outdoors and quality family time.
