Opened in 2012 to bring a modern flair to Vietnamese dining in the D.C. area, Sprig and Sprout was founded by owners and chefs Jennifer Hoang and Marc Farmer... First, we at Sprig and Sprout guarantee an authentic, delicious Vietnamese meal. But we're more than another Vietnamese restaurant. Driven by community, we value choice, convenience, and conservation in every decision we make. Our desire to make the best Vietnamese food you've ever had motivates us. Our love of community involvement sustains us... The only thing we love more than steaming bowls of homemade Pho broth and the smell of fresh baked Banh Mi baguettes is our little corner of the DMV.
