Barb and Fred have been in the business of providing counseling help for over 20 years. We have worked with adults and children in community mental health settings, and have specialized training in trauma recovery using EMDR ( Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and IFS (Internal Family Systems). Brigid has 9 years experience in the field and specializes in bilingual individual and family counseling and uses EMDR ( Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
