Louis Franklin, Jr. proudly serves as Vice President of Commercial Lending with Liberty Bank & Trust. A proud graduate of the University of Alabama, Louis was inspired to pursue a career in the financial services industry after studying Finance at Alabama's Culverhouse College of Business.
As a seasoned lender, Louis excels at helping business owners find value in building consultative and highly effective banking relationships. In his current role, Louis assists commercial and small business clients navigate the often-complicated world of SBA Lending. He prides himself on being an additional resource for entrepreneurs and business owners working to secure capital for their businesses. As a self-proclaimed "Business Advocate" Louis enjoys doing the hard work with clients to truly evaluate their need, simplify the lending process, and getting their business on firm financial footing to build on.
In his free time, Louis enjoys spending time with family, working on community service projects, watching Alabama Football (Roll Tide), and maintaining his status as the family "Grill Master".

Rodger Selph has worked in the banking industry for 39 years primarily as a Commercial Lender and Credit Manager and has facilitated loans for small business and corporate clients primarily in Alabama and in several other states such as Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Delaware, Kansas, and Maryland. Currently, he is employed by Liberty Bank and Trust Company where he serves as Vice President and Director of Commercial Lending/Business Development for the Alabama Region. In addition, Mr. Selph heads the SBA lending team at Liberty Bank and Trust Company.
Mr. Selph graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in Montgomery, Alabama before receiving a scholarship to play baseball first at Lurleen B. Wallace Junior College and then Huntingdon College, where he graduated with a BA Degree in Accounting and a Minor in Computer Science in 1985. He continued to further his education and received a Master of Business Administration degree in 1994 from Troy State University. In addition, he has attended various professional internal and external training classes over the length of his career.
Rodger has been involved with many community organizations over his career including the River Region United Way Community Council, Board and Loan Committee Member for the Alabama Multifamily Loan Consortium, the Chamber local SCORE chapter which provides counseling for start-up and other small businesses, Board Member/Treasurer for Macon East Montgomery Academy and President of both the Macon East Montgomery and Central Alabama Trojan Booster clubs.
Mr. Selph has been married to his high school sweetheart, the former Gayle Jernigan, since October of 1985. They have two grown sons, Daniel Aaron Selph (Alyssa) and Matthew Christian Selph (Danielle) and two granddaughters, Emerson, and Nora.

Todd McDonald is the President of Liberty Bank and Trust and a member of the Board of Directors. He has a degree in Business Management from Morehouse College and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management, as well as a Graduate School of Banking Degree from Louisiana State University. Todd is responsible for developing business plans and leading high impact initiatives, and is involved in the company's corporate strategy decisions. Under Todd's leadership the bank has evolved into diverse business lines including affordable housing development, and the largest influx of capital that allowed the bank to cross the billion dollar threshold.
