Established in 1989, Curtis Balkan is the European manufacturing site of Curtis Instruments, Inc. Curtis owns our global manufacturing facilities so that we can reliably deliver the high-quality products our customers need, when they need them. Located in Sofia, Bulgaria, the Curtis Balkan high-tech factory produces a wide range of EV motor speed controllers for European and worldwide distribution. The 2,000 square meter plant employs 143 full time employees operating two shifts daily... Curtis designs and manufactures all products in-house and does not outsource manufacturing. All Curtis products are manufactured in our own world-class factories in America, Europe and Asia, to cover global demand. This allows Curtis to be agile in supporting its wordwide OEM customer.
