CHUNG & CO

I shall close down my firm, Chung & Co, Solicitors, as from 1.10.2024 and shall change my business model to a self-employed Senior Consultant Solicitor. I shall be working in conjunction with some selected law firms and together we can offer wider legal services. Chung & Co, Solicitors shall no longer exist and be a firm regulated by SRA and covered by any professional indemnity insurance. It will not and cannot accept any new instructions which must be directed to me personally and I will deal with them under my new role. I shall continue to be holding a Solicitor's Practising Certificate and covered by the professional indemnity insurance of my chosen firm. For "Chung & Co, Solicitors", I have already obtained a Run-Off or Final Professional Indemnity Insurance Cover and paid the premium in full in accordance with our professional cessation rules;
