Property Partners Management was formed in early 2004 as a niche property and asset management advisory business. The company currently has in excess of £400 million in assets under management and employs a team of professional surveyors, facilities managers and accounts staff whose aim is to deliver first class service to clients... We currently manage around 4,250 residential units within prestigious blocks along Shad Thames, Southbank and Mayfair. Our AST management team collect rents and manage around 250 tenancies. On the development consultancy side, we have been working on an exclusive Chelsea scheme for 2 years that was recently completed. At the smaller end of the scale, we also manage blocks across London for clients that are 20 units in size... Our services can differ from basic property management to an all encompassing role for overseas based clients.
