Alex has over eight years in Human Capital advisory services and organizational development. He has a wide ranging, market driven training and consultancy competencies. He has held the position of Manager, Human Capital and Advisory and Consultancy Services at Kenya Institute of Management.
He is Currently undertaking a Masters in Business Administration (HR Option) in the University of Nairobi. He holds a B.ed (Arts) in Economics and Business Studies from Maseno University and an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource (H.R.M).
He is a full member of Institute of Human Resource Management [MIHRM(K)], associate member of Kenya Institute of Management [AMKIM(K)] and Associate Member of Association of Business Executives [AMABE(UK)]
Charles is a seasoned, multi-skilled, internationally experienced, Change Management, HR and Business Transformation professional with broad, hands-on experience managing multiple, complex, cross-border, and Change Management and Business Transformation projects for top ranked multinational companies (DHL, Tetra Pak & Deloitte) in over 16 Countries across 2 Continents (Europe & Africa).
As a Change Management Specialist, at Tetra Pak AB in Sweden, he contributed to the implementation Tetra Pak's SAP driven Business Transformation Program" in UK, France, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Iceland & Belgium.
He was also the Change Manager for the setting up of 15 Country European Financial Shared Service Center, at Manchester, UK.
Charles is a Certified Trainer Skills Level 6 (TS6) by the U.K. Dept of Business Innovation and Skills and can therefore review training manuals, facilitate training courses and support individual staff and work teams to sustainably transition to new work place technologies.
He has through knowledge of Project Management throughout the Project Cycle from initiation, planning, kick-off, implementation, cut-over, go-live, hyper-care and continuous improvement. He has the ability to facilitate Process Mapping, convergence and integration workshops.
Recently, he completed a 5 year contract as the Change Manager, HR and Business Transformation Lead for USAID/KEMSA Support Pro gram.
Charles holds a Master of Science Degree in HRM from Jommo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology and a Bachelor of Education Degree from Kenyatta University. He is a member of IHRM (K). He has undergone extensive international training in Change Management, Cross-Cultural Management and Organizational Knowledge Management, respectively. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Theory & Behaviour at JKUAT.

George Wasike is a Leader in the Human Resource space with proven expertise in policy formulation and procedure, recruiting and hiring practices, performance management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development Strategies, HR Legal compliance issues, managerial support/ coaching, Labour Relations and Organizational Change. His wealth of experience in people management as a Human Capital professional spread over several years and has consequently handled numerous assignments for corporates. These include SMEs, Parastatals, Government among others drawn from different business sectors, NGOs & FBOs.
He has over 14 years' extensive hands-on experience leading HR strategies and initiatives including HR policy & procedures manuals, Labour Laws, HR Audit, salary survey & grading, reward, compensation, benefits administration, performance management, recruitments, compliance reporting, HRIS implementations, Job Evaluations and Learning and Development.
George is a full member of the Institute of Human Resource Management coupled with HR certifications having attained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from Moi University and a Post Graduate Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Human Resources Management, he also has training in Project Management & Planning from the Kenya School of Management and Developmental Studies. George is trained in organizational performance Index from the Kenya Institute of Management.
He has conducted consultancies covering; recruitment, corporate policy formulation and revision, human resource planning, performance management, performance appraisals, team buildings, job analysis, job evaluation, integrated corporate strategic planning among others. He has the ability to; design, develop and implement benchmark HR systems, conduct HR audits, conduct employee satisfaction and work climate surveys, train individuals and groups; the ability to design and use different types of learning resources and media; knowledge of adult learning theories and principles;
George has in depth knowledge of the labour laws from different countries and their application within an employment set up.
He has been involved in HR Research ranging from Employee satisfaction and engagement, work environment surveys, salary and benefits survey, training needs analysis among others, self-analysis and psychometric tools, leadership and management assessment, manpower planning and skills audit, reward and compensation survey.

She's a degreed HR Professional with ten+ years of international experience with expertise in functions related to Strategic Management, Workforce Planning and Employment, Human Resource Development, Total Rewards, Employee and Labour Relations, Risk Management and Project Management.
Liza is skilled at planning and implementing employee initiatives to promote human resource directives and to enhance employee morale. She brings exceptional experience having worked for industry leaders such as General Electric, Adecco and ADP.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from USIU-Africa and a Master's of Science in International Human Resources and Labour Relations from Manchester Business School, University of Manchester.
