OGAV runs student-centred focus groups and leadership workshops through our Learning beyond the classroom initiative. We are community-building people that are preparing a community of girls within the school for successful careers and lives that can, in turn, change the community positively... Several studies highlight the fact that there are many barriers to education for underrepresented groups. OGAV focuses on girls who are part of the BIPOC community. Our programs create an enabling environment for young girls and women from different cultures to come together and express themselves, reducing mental stress and building self-confidence and the digital skills support nurturing interest in STEM fields... Ornaments of Grace and Virtue is a Canadian Charitable Organization (Registration: 839968591RR0002) passionate about advancing girls' education to bridge the digital gender equity gap in education, and to help, become, and remain independent, responsible and productive young women..
