Greg Brenneman is Executive Chairman of CCMP Capital and a member of CCMP Capital's Investment Committee. Mr. Brenneman is also a member of CCMP Growth's Investment Committee Advisory Board. Mr. Brenneman plays an active leadership role in executing CCMP Capital's overall strategy while remaining actively engaged in completing transactions, developing strategies and coaching the senior management of CCMP Capital's portfolio companies. Prior to joining CCMP Capital in October 2008, Mr. Brenneman served as Chairman, CEO, President and/or COO of Quiznos Sub, Burger King, PwC Consulting and Continental Airlines. In 1994 Mr. Brenneman founded Turnworks, Inc. ("Turnworks"), his personal investment firm that focuses on corporate turnarounds. Prior to founding Turnworks, Mr. Brenneman was a Vice President for Bain & Company. Mr. Brenneman currently serves on the board of directors of BGIS, Baker Hughes, Baylor College of Medicine and The Home Depot, Inc. Mr. Brenneman is an Emmy Award winner and the author of Right Away & All At Once, Five Steps To Transform Your Business and Enrich Your Life. Mr. Brenneman holds a B.B.A. in Accounting/Finance, summa cum laude, from Washburn University of Topeka, Kansas and an M.B.A. with distinction from Harvard Business School. Prior to Ticketmaster, he held senior accounting positions at Elias Arts LLC and Agency.com. Mr. Feig began his career in the assurance department of Ernst & Young. Mark McFadden is Co-Managing Partner of CCMP Growth and a member of CCMP Growth's Investment Committee. He is also Co-Managing Partner and an Investment Committee member of CCMP Capital. Mr. McFadden heads investment activities in the industrial sector. Prior to joining CCMP Capital's predecessor JPMorgan Partners in 2002, Mr. McFadden was an investment banking analyst at CSFB and Bowles Hollowell Conner. Richard Jansen is a Senior Advisor to CCMP after serving as General Counsel and Managing Director for CCMP and its predecessor entities from 2003 through March 2022. Prior to joining CCMP in 2003, Mr. Jansen was a Managing Director and Associate General Counsel at JPMorgan Chase & Co., working with the Investment Bank and J.P. Morgan Partners business units. Mr. Jansen was an Associate with the law firm Rogers & Wells from 1983 to 1992. Mr. Jansen holds a B.A. from the University of Chicago and a J.D. from the New York University School of Law.

Richard Zannino is a Managing Director of CCMP Capital and a member of CCMP Capital's Investment Committee. Mr. Zannino is also a member of CCMP Growth's Investment Committee Advisory Board. Mr. Zannino focuses on making investments in the consumer sector. Prior to joining CCMP Capital in 2009, he was Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of Dow Jones & Company ("Dow Jones"). Mr. Zannino led Dow Jones' business and cultural transformation from a newspaper publisher to a diversified media company, driven by operational improvements and $2.5 billion in acquisitions, organic growth investments, business restructurings and asset sales. These efforts culminated in the acquisition of Dow Jones by News Corporation in December 2007 for $5.6 billion, a 65% premium to the unaffected stock price. He joined Dow Jones as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in February 2001 before his promotion to Chief Operating Officer in July 2002 and to Chief Executive Officer and Director in February 2006. Prior to joining Dow Jones, Mr. Zannino was Executive Vice President in charge of strategy, finance, M&A, technology, and a number of operating units at Liz Claiborne. He originally joined the company in 1998 as Chief Financial Officer. In 1998, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of General Signal, where he led the sale of that company. From 1993 until early 1998, he was at private-equity backed Saks Fifth Avenue, ultimately serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, where he oversaw the company's strategy, finance, business development, merchandise planning and technology and helped lead its successful IPO. Earlier in his career, he held finance, strategy and M&A positions at JWP (1992), Peter Kiewit Sons', Inc. (1986-1991), Emery Air Freight (1984-1986) and Continental Group (1981-1984), where he began his career as an Accounts Payable Supervisor. Mr. Zannino is currently a member of the board of directors of Founder Sport Group, Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Shoes For Crews, Estee Lauder and IAC/InterActiveCorp. and is a trustee of Pace University. He holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Bentley College and an M.B.A. in Finance from Pace University.

Mr. Walsh was a founding Partner of CCMP Capital upon its formation in 2006 and has been with the firm and its predecessor entities since 1992. Mr. Walsh served as President and CEO from 2016 until March 2022. Prior to joining the private equity division of Chase Manhattan in 1992, Mr. Walsh worked on various industry-focused client teams within The Chase Manhattan Corporation. Mr. Walsh holds a B.S. from Trinity College and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
