WiTs or Winmark Interactive Training Services was formed last 2005 to support the training facilities and activities of its sister company, I-ICon Insurance Consultants. It was tasked to educate and train the more than 300 agents and leaders as well as employees of the said company on marketing, recruitment, team building, leading and management of people. WiTs was able to conduct classroom and field training that paved way to the nationwide growth of its sister company. WiTs now is positioned to conduct training to various enterprises and organizations... Guided with our principles and vision to lead people, we are aimed to provide proven training systems and applications to direct and empower our customers towards satisfaction in our educational modules.
