Due to the great diversity of caste, religion, and culture within Indian society, which is characterized by various social traditions, there may occasionally be disparities and barriers preventing underprivileged groups from obtaining crucial resources. To cater to these groups, an Equal Opportunity Cell (EOC) is set up under the Pune Institute of Business Management to make the education system inclusive and responsive to their needs. The Cell's primary goal is to identify problems faced by the underprivileged groups on campus, create an atmosphere that is supportive and free from discrimination, and guarantee their equality and access to equal opportunities through the effective implementation of inclusive policies and programs.
