- SENIOR INSTITUTIONAL SALES ASSOCIATE
ADE joined Further Capital in 2021. He is responsible for supporting all business development and distribution activities on behalf of private equity, private debt and infrastructure managers represented by Further Capital. Before joining Further Capital, Ade worked for three years within a privately owned asset management firm in Toronto. Ade graduated from Carleton University, where he received a Bachelor of Commerce with a Minor in Economics. Ade is a CFA Charterholder.

DAVID joined Further Capital in 2012. He is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Canadian institutional investors on behalf of private equity, private debt and infrastructure managers represented by Further Capital. In supporting their fundraising efforts in Canada, he reaches out to the institutional investment community, organizes roadshows, assists in due diligence processes and carries out market and industry research. Before joining Further Capital, David worked as an Analyst at RBC Capital Markets and TD Securities.
David graduated from Queen's University with a Master of Finance, after having received his Bachelor of Commerce with a specialty in finance and economics from the University of Toronto. David is a CFA Charterholder.

ISSA joined Further Capital in 2022. He is responsible for supporting all business development and distribution activities across each of the strategies represented by Further Capital. Before joining Further Capital, Issa worked in Private Wealth Management at BMO for a year.
Issa graduated from Toronto Metropolitan University where he received a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Global Management Studies. During his time at TMU, Issa was actively involved in many finance clubs and extracurricular activities.
JAMIE joined Further Capital in 2024. He is responsible for the origination, due diligence, and execution of fundraising mandates across each of the strategies represented by Further Capital.
Before joining Further Capital, Jamie worked as a Senior Research Associate for Northern Trust Asset Management supporting the Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) platform's manager research function. Jamie began his career as an Analyst at BNY Mellon working in both the Corporate Trust and Wealth Management divisions.
Jamie graduated from Dalhousie University, where he received a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialty in finance. Jamie is a CFA and CAIA Charterholder.
JOSÉ joined Further Capital in 2019. He is responsible for supporting all business development and distribution activities on behalf of real estate and public market managers represented by Further Capital. Before joining Further Capital, José worked within the Private Wealth Management industry in Toronto for three years.
José graduated with high distinction from the University of Toronto, where he received a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialty in finance and economics. José is a CFA Charterholder.

MICHAEL joined Further Capital in 2011. In supporting their fundraising efforts in Canada, he reaches out to the institutional investment community, organizes roadshows, assists in due diligence processes and carries out market and industry research.
Before joining Further Capital, Michael was a Sales and Marketing Associate at a Toronto-based real estate investment and development firm. Michael graduated with distinction from the University of Toronto, where he received a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialty in finance and economics. Michael is a CFA Charterholder.

MYLÈNE has over 25 years of investment management experience. She retired in 2023 from Desjardins Group Pension Plan, one of the largest private pension plans in Canada with over $15B of net assets under management where she was a Portfolio Manager for the Real Estate investments from 2015 to 2023 and the Infrastructure portfolio from 2021 to 2023. From 2015 to 2020, she was a Real Estate and Private Equity Portfolio Manager.
Before joining the Desjardins Group, Mylène was a member of the investment team at IA Financial Group where she held the positions of Portfolio Manager, Private Equity (2012 to 2015) and Portfolio Manager, Private Debt (1997 to 2006).
Mylène graduated with a bachelor degree in accounting sciences from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and she is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mylène was a member of the board of Holding Otéra Capital Inc. from January 2019 to March 2023 and of Ivanhoé Cambridge from April 2021 to December 2022. She was a member of the Audit Committee of these two companies and of the Investment and Risk Management Committee of Holding Otéra Inc.

NANCY is the founder of Further Capital and is responsible for overall business operation and relationship and distribution management. She began her career as an Economist in the Office of the Budget at the Ontario Ministry of Treasury & Economics. She then joined the Toronto Stock Exchange where she was the Manager of Economics and Director of Strategic Policy and Planning.
She has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Central Asset Management, the holding company for seven asset management companies within the Central Capital Corporation. In addition, she has managed the Canadian Investment Services unit of Hewitt Associates and directed institutional marketing for both Manulife Financial's Investment Division and HSBC Investments (Canada) Ltd.
PAULINE joined Further Capital in 2010. She is responsible for the business's financial functions, internal reporting and financial compliance.
Pauline has over 25 years of experience in the finance and accounting field. She started her career with BDO Canada in public accounting and went on to work in private industry and to provide consulting services. Over the years, she has obtained significant exposure to many types of organizations and financial complexities.
Pauline graduated from Brock University with an Honours Bachelor of Accounting degree. Pauline holds a CPA, CMA designation.
ROSEMARY joined Further Capital in 2023. She is responsible for developing, updating and maintaining the various aspects of the firm's policies, procedures and compliance program. Rosemary has over 30 years of compliance and investment industry experience. She has worked in both the investment dealer and asset manager sides of the industry.
Most recently, Rosemary was an Associate Director, Non-Financial Risk with Scotiabank's Group Treasury. Prior to that, Rosemary worked as a Senior Manager providing investment dealer compliance support to various programs offered by Scotia Capital's Global Banking and Markets business. Rosemary managed the institutional asset management compliance program for 1832 Asset Management L.P, an Exempt Market Dealer, Investment Fund Manager and Portfolio Manager. As an Investment Relationship Manager with Scotia Private Client Group, Rosemary provided discretionary investment counsel and estate and financial planning services to high net worth clients, trusts and foundations.

TERENCE joined Further Capital in 2024. He is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Canadian institutional investors on behalf of public market managers represented by Further Capital. In supporting their fundraising efforts in Canada, he reaches out to the institutional investment community, organizes roadshows, assists in due diligence processes and carries out market and industry research.
Terence has over 16 years of institutional investment experience. Before joining Further Capital, Terence was a Vice President & Director at TD Asset Management, where he led relationship management and business development for institutions across Canada. Previously, Terence served as Manager, Investor Relations at the Royal Bank of Canada and was an Equity Research Analyst at the CN Rail Pension Trust.
Terence received a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from McGill University, after having received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University. Terence holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designations.
TREVOR joined Further Capital in 2016. He is responsible for supporting the origination and execution of fundraising mandates across each of the strategies represented by Further Capital.
Trevor graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University, where he received an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration, with a specialization in finance and minor in economics. During his time at Laurier, Trevor completed co-op terms at various investment management firms. Trevor is a CFA Charterholder.

ZEV works with Further Capital in an advisory capacity, assisting the Origination team in the process of vetting and due diligence of global public markets managers.
Zev has over 40 years of investment management experience. He retired from Morneau Shepell Asset and Risk Management, where he held positions of Chief Investment Officer and Strategic Investment Advisor, on March 31, 2020. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer with Open Access Limited. Additionally, he was a member of the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan senior investment team for 18 years, where he was responsible for a large global equity portfolio consisting of internally and externally managed funds.
Zev is currently a member of the Advisory Board of the Brandes Center at the Rady School of Management, University of California - San Diego. He held several other board positions in the past.
Mr. Frishman received the 2010 Benefits Canada award for outstanding achievement and is on the 2010 list of "Top 25 Most Influential Plan Sponsors".
