The Excellence in Care Framework provides a national and international benchmark that an establishment can use to start their journey of continuous improvement. It both recognises, and celebrates Excellence in Care... This is an outcome-based framework, demonstrating an establishment's commitment to improving and sustaining improvements in the quality of care and service user experience... An EiC Accreditation, following a successful assessment is awarded for a three-year period. After each assessment a Self-Reflection Plan is developed based on areas for improvement, subsequently, an annual review ensures an establishment continues to make progress and improvements where they are identified/required.
