TENMATSU

Tempura is served with three kinds of seasonings; dipping sauce (broth of bonito & sea tangle) with grated white radish, lemon & salt, and plum sauce. Vegetable tempura is good with the broth, so please mix the graded radish with the sauce, and then dip the tempura in it. We recommend the salt & lemon for shrimps and scallops.
