Dallas, Texas CPA, Karlos Knight, has over 30 years of experience in public accounting in Dallas. He has broad experience in taxation, including physician practices, retail, financial planning, family office settings, real estate and estate and gift tax. He was a tax partner in a large local CPA firm prior to forming BAKC LLP. Karlos attended Baylor University and graduated with a BBA in Accounting. Karlos is a member of the Dallas Estate Planning Council, and is a past board member. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. Karlos enjoys sporting activities, the outdoors and listening to classical music.

Mike is a member of several professional associations, including: the Real Estate Financial Executives Association (REFEA), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mike currently serves as an officer on the board of REFEA.
