In December 2014, Sushi & Co partnered with Ritchies Supermarket Group and introduced the "In-Store-Sushi Bar" to the supermarket. Today, we are proud to have our sushi kiosks opened in over 12 SUPA IGA supermarkets, offering a handy path for customers to grab a quick and healthy bite while they do their daily grocery shopping... We believe that the taste of Sushi is all about where the ingredients comes from, how the chef preps the ingredients and most importantly, how fresh these products are. Sushi & Co's ingredients are sourced both locally and from Japan - where sushi is originally from. We have our fresh produce and seafood delivered daily to ensure its quality and freshness. We also guarantee that all our sushi products are all made and sold within the same day. All Sushi & Co chefs are required to have minimum of twelve months experience in the business to become an independent chef for each outlet.
