The objective is to build a house with plenty of living area and a a large workshop while ensuring the building is as green as possible. This is a 2 story structure with living space on the 2nd floor and a workshop on lower floor. The lot size is 6,000 sq. feet, the workshop is 2,250 sq. feet and the house is 2,230 sq. feet.
