Dr. D.N. Rao is a BE (Civil), PGDM (IIM, Kolkota), British Chevening Scholar, Founder of the Xavier Institute of Management Bhubaneswar(XIMB)- Consultancy Wing. Worked as a consultant to several international/national agencies like DFID, HIVOS, GTZ, Ministry of Power (GoI) and several state governments.

Manoj is a Partner at ADV Partners (ADV) and is based in Singapore. He has 21 years of experience in financial services across private equity, distress debt acquisition and resolution, corporate and financial restructurings in India. He leads ADV's coverage of India and is responsible for driving value-added initiatives and generating synergies between ADV's India investments with the broader portfolio.
Prior to ADV, Manoj was Vice President with JPMorgan's Asia Special Situations Group and as part of the initial team for special situations investing business in India; he played a key role in building the Indian special situations investing business. Previously, Manoj worked at ARCIL - India's first and one of the largest asset reconstruction companies. Manoj is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Delhi University.
N. N. Misra comes with more than 40 years of experience in the Power Sector and has spent 37 years with NTPC. His last position was Director (Operations) of NTPC, where he was responsible for the sustained and efficient performance of its power stations with an installed capacity of 43,000+ MW. He is also an Independent Director on the Boards of many elite State and Private power companies.
Known for his go getter attitude, is reputed as an energy sector expert having in depth knowledge across electricity, coal and gas power generation, transmission & distribution. Having served as part of the World Bank missions on International power sector reforms in Ghana and Tanzania as well as part of various tariff & PPA committees set up by the Ministry of Power, Government of India Ramesh currently serves as the Group MD to the Feedback Infra conglomerate. He continues to be involved in sectorial issues in many Indian states like Gujrat and Rajasthan as well as with some Indian private sector clients like Tata Power and Reliance. Ramesh brings discipline and rigour to his charge. Ramesh went on to study Financial Management after graduating in Mechanical Engineering. He is a sectorial expert on strategic, commercial, and financial aspects relating to energy sector projects.

Shri Nayak has more than 4 decades of work experience in the power sector. He has worked for more than 2 decades in POWERGRID and has handled multi-disciplinary functions like Engineering, Corporate Quality Assurance and Inspection, Load Despatch & Communication, Grid Management, Contracts Management, Telecom, Operation & Maintenance, Commercial as well as Human Resource Management. Prior to joining POWERGRID, he has also worked for NTPC and had a stint with SAIL. Sh. Nayak has been instrumental in introducing many new technologies in the Indian power sector such as EMS/SCADA Projects, ±800kV HVDC and 1200kV UHVAC. Sh. Nayak is a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and holds an M. Tech (Electrical) degree. He has been a recipient of "P.M. Ahluwalia Award" and is a fellow of IEEE. He has also contributed/presented a large number of technical papers in various reputed International/national journals and conferences. He is also an honored member in the field of Electrical Engineering of "Fellow of the Indian National Academy of Engineering (INAE)".
Rumjhum Chatterjee Director Rumjhum is one of the co-founders of Feedback Group and serves as the group Managing Director - Human Capital Development and Chief Compliance Officer for the Feedback Group. She was recognised as one of the 20 Most Talented HR Leaders in India by the World HRD Congress in 2013. She is also the Chairperson of Feedback Foundation Trust. Rumjhum plays an active role in the CII and has served as the first woman Chairperson of CII Northern Region (2016-17). Currently, she is the Co-Chair for CII's National Committee on CSR. She serves as an Independent Director on the Boards of Blue Star Limited and Somany Ceramics Limited. She is also a member of the governing Body of Help Age India and its Vice Chairperson. She is educated in Psychology from Calcutta University.
Sam, as he popularly known as, is the Chief Executive Officer of FEDCO. Before joining us in April 2016, he held several roles in Noida Power Corporation Limited and was a pioneer to the success of NPCL over the past 12 years that he had been with them. He is a very straight forward person and looked upon as a trusting leader with a passionate drive towards business & team ethic, adopting/innovating new technologies, fair implementation of Corporate Policy & system adherence. He has proved himself as a result-driven, self-motivated and resourceful person with a proven-ability to develop and strengthen management teams in order to maximise profitability and efficiency. Additionally, he loves playing various sports, an avid reader and a voracious speaker.
BEE Certified Energy Auditor, having rich 22 years of experience in all spectrums of power distribution business and has previously held various key positions in one of the largest electricity utility in India i.e Mahadiscom. Shailesh is trusted upon as a technical expert with exceptional project execution skills. He is a disciplinarian and is known for his perfect planning, owing to which he has been entrusted upon multiple responsibilities for Meter management, Testing, Stores and Research and development (R&D). He is also heading Value-added implementation segment. Through his wide experience of field and in-depth understanding of the integrities of the operations, he has contributed massively into the creation of in-house business solutions to achieve better operational efficiency.
Vijay, Accredited Energy Auditor, is synonymous with a passionate leader with a proven track record of effective management. Through a deep-rooted experience of around two decades, Vijay is recognised for implement new business ideas in the organization, which subsequently have been converted into Strategic Business Units. His strong analytical and conceptualizing ability combined with excellent communication, presentation & execution skill helps him in adapting to any business challenge and provides innovative solutions. The sweep of his technological prowess touches aspects such as Survey, asset mapping, energy auditing, billing database, DPR preparation for AT&C loss reduction and demonstration of loss reduction. Vijay has worked closely with numerous power utilities and multilateral bodies on various and varied projects. He is an avid speaker and has represented FEDCO as multiple domestic and international platforms. Given his vast leadership experience in one of the India's largest utility, Mahadiscom, Vijay has been contributed significantly to the growth for the Organization, Nationally & Internationally.
Vinayak co-founded the Group Company in 1990. He has often been called upon to play a strategic advisory role to leading domestic and international corporate, the Government of India, various ministries dealing with infrastructure, as well as multilateral and bilateral institutions in the areas of infrastructure planning and implementation.
He is currently the Chairman of Confederation of Indian Industry's National Council on Infrastructure and has chaired various infrastructure and related committees at the national level of CII since 2001. He is on the Board of Directors of Apollo Hospitals Enterprises Limited and ACC Limited.
He is a member of the Advisory Board of JCB India and on the Board of Governors of the National Rail and Transportation University. Vinayak has a PGDBM from IIM Ahmedabad and is a graduate in Economics (Hons) from St Stephen's College, Delhi.
