ALBANY FOOT

Job Titles:
  • GROUP DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Albany has worked in high quality commercial office development, brownfield and strategic land projects for over 20 years. These projects usually involve complex acquisition or delivery strategies where planning gain is required. Albany has worked with a range of high-net-worth individuals and private equity funds and maintains an unrivalled network in both consultancy and agency contacts. As Group Development Director, he oversees numerous E&A Group projects in all stages of initial project conception and strategy through to development delivery and completion.

Bibi Martin

Job Titles:
  • Finance Assistant
Prior to joining E&A Group, Bibi held several roles in finance including Assistant Accountant in the fashion retail industry and Group Treasury Accountant in Big Bus Group during its merger with the Merlin Group. Bibi started her career as an Associate in the KPMG advisory's team in Malaysia. Her international work experience has enriched her knowledge and exposed her to diverse business cultures. Bibi is currently pursuing her ACCA qualifications.

Catherine Rumsey

Job Titles:
  • Property Associate and PA to the Directors
Cat is Executive Assistant to John Rosefield and Jim Winstanley. Having joined the company in 2016, Cat supports the senior management team in the running of the business and our day-to-day activities, particularly within the property management team. Prior to joining E&A, Cat was Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer at Working Links, the third largest Work Programme provider in the UK, and before this, Editorial Assistant to the publishing team at IHS Janes, specialising in defence, threat, and equipment intelligence. She has held similar roles in the publishing, lettings and education services sectors. Cat has a BA (Hons) degree in Fashion Promotion and in her personal life, enjoys extensive global travel in the pursuit of great culinary experiences. She is also a passionate amateur chef, which is much appreciated by her husband and their two dogs. Although we, ourselves, have a lean team, we continue to draw on the expertise of many and varied long term and hand-picked advisers who know and understand our business, its strategy, and the way we think and operate. We pride ourselves on these relationships with our wider team of trusted professionals.

ECHO CHONG - CFO

Job Titles:

Echo joined E&A Group in 2017 and has over 20 years of experience in financial services in both the public and private sector. Following the completion of her Executive MBA at Imperial Business School London, she joined the Wellcome Trust in 2007, playing a key role in supporting their £13 billion investment portfolio. In 2014, Echo moved on to Greystar Europe Holdings Limited, when the company first entered into the UK market, and was instrumental in their expansion as Regional Financial Controller of their London portfolio.

Jim Winstanley

Jim joined E&A as a Non-Executive Director in early 2017. Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer of Ernst & Young's Transaction Advisory Services practice for six years and before that, he held a number of operating and financial roles, including Finance Director of EY's regional practice. Jim joined E&A on a permanent basis as Chief Operating Officer in 2022. Prior to joining EY, Jim held a number of finance and tax roles with the Schlumberger Group, including the Financial Controllership of the Southeast Asia division for land seismic acquisition and data processing services.

John Rosefield

John Rosefield and Stephen Rosefield together bring a Harvard MBA and many years of senior legal and management expertise to apply to the development of a rounded and distinctive business approach in the property sector. John has been a director of The Endeavour Company Holdings Limited (and its predecessors) since 1971 and since that time has been key to the management of the businesses that today make up the Estates & Agency Group. He has served as Chairman of Estates & Agency Holdings Plc, of Western Motor Holdings Plc and of the Dokimas Group Limited until its sale of the latter in 2008. Before joining the business, John was educated at St Paul's School, London and gained a BA (Hons) in Jurisprudence from Oxford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School 1967-69. John has served as a Director/Trustee of several academic, music and charitable organisations.

Mia Concepion

Mia is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians. Before joining E&A, she worked for both small and large property investment companies as a property administrator and part of the accounts team. Mia's most recent role was at the former Royal Sun Alliance Property Investment Company, where she refined her property and related financial experience.

Simon Long

Job Titles:
  • Head of Property Management
Simon joined E&A Group in 2018 after building a 30 year career in the commercial property sector, with specialisms from rating and lease consultancy to property management. He led Property Management teams for West End consultancies such as Cyril Leonard and Robert Irving Burns before moving to a client-side role.  Simon has advised a range of high profile clients including Brunei Investment Authority, Helical Bar, Reef, Alstom and The British Council.

Stephen Rosefield

Stephen has been a full time director since 2008. Previously, Stephen enjoyed a long and successful legal career. He was a Partner at the leading London commercial law firm, Paisner and Co from 1980 to 1999 and Managing Partner from 1999 to 2001. Stephen played a key role in the merger to create the new global law firm Berwin Leighton Paisner (now BCLP) in 2001, where he was Co- Chairman and Head of Merger Integration until 2002. He went on to head up their successful Property Department until 2004 and combined his role within the Estates & Agency Group with being Deputy Head of the Finance Department until 2007. Stephen was educated at St Paul's School, London and gained a BA (Hons) in Jurisprudence from Oxford University. Stephen has served as director/trustee of several academic, music and charitable organisations.
