Bolaji Queen Adeleye

Bolaji Queen Adeleye is an Associate Attorney with Arrington Owoo P.C. With both parents being lawyers, her desire to practice law was influenced from an early age. Bolaji graduated from Afe Babalola University, with a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) in 2017 and was admitted to the Nigeria Bar in 2018 and she maintains a Nigeria Bar practicing license. Before moving to Georgia, she practiced as an attorney at a top-tier law firm in Lagos, Nigeria where she worked primarily as a litigation associate. She recently obtained her Master of Laws (LL.M) from Emory University, Georgia, in May 2020 and having taken and passed the Georgia Bar, she has also been admitted as an Attorney in the State of Georgia. As an LL.M graduate, she has been privileged to provide advice and guidance to other LL.M students at Georgia law schools, and prospective students too, about finding their feet and thriving as a foreign attorney in U.S legal space; and she continues to do this. Prior to joining the firm, Bolaji interned with the Fulton County District Attorney's Office where she worked with the attorneys in the Crimes Against Women and Children Unit. She joined Arrington Owoo P.C in July 2020 as a law clerk while preparing for the Georgia Bar Exam and has been retained as an Associate Attorney. Bolaji is an active member of Georgia Association for Black Women Attorneys. In her spare time, she enjoys watching a good Netflix show.

Latif Oduola-Owoo

Latif is a founding partner of Arrington | Owoo P.C. He graduated cum laude from Brooklyn Law School in 2000 and is a member in good standing of the New York and Georgia bars. He worked for several years as an associate with Cravath Swaine & Moore LLP in New York where he handled complex litigations on behalf of Fortune 100 companies. Latif is a past president of the Georgia Association of Nigerian Lawyers. Latif is a founding partner of AOM. He graduated cum laude from Brooklyn Law School in 2000 and is a member in good standing of the New York and Georgia bars. He worked for several years as an associate with Cravath Swaine & Moore LLP in New York where he handled complex litigations on behalf of Fortune 100 companies. Over the years, Latif has developed substantial expertise in general commercial litigation involving patent, copyright, trademark, unfair competition and antitrust law, among others. Latif has also handled several matters before the immigration courts in New York and Atlanta as well a habeas corpus petition before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and a certiorari petition before the U.S. Supreme Court. At AOM, Latif's general litigation practice covers immigration, bankruptcy, tax and general commercial litigation.

Robert Arrington - CEO, Founder

Robert has been honored to spend his second year as a member of the Georgia Bar Committee on Professionalism. He has led numerous presentations on ethics and professionalism at Georgia law schools. Robert is managing partner and a co-founder of AOM. He specializes in the areas of commercial law, litigation, and estate planning. As a partner at AOM, Robert's experience has been invaluable in assisting the firm's clients in getting a clear assessment of their options in their business and personal matters. A merit and National Bar Association Scholar, Robert graduated from Howard University School of Law in 2001. He was a Notes and Comments Editor on the Law Journal and a member of the Huver I. Brown Trial Advocacy Moot Court Team. He is licensed to practice before the state and federal courts in Illinois and Georgia. In addition to his extensive experience in general and complex commercial litigation, Robert has served as a consultant for numerous real estate, retail, telecommunications and financial service companies with every aspect of their business, including formation, capitalization, e-commerce and e-discovery issues, providing advice on litigation avoidance, stock and asset purchases, and winding up matters.
