Danick Tremblay

Danick Tremblay is the Senior Managing Director, Portfolio Management & Operations, responsible for portfolio management globally for the organization. Mr. Tremblay has 24 years of experience in portfolio acquisitions and asset management. Prior to joining Lone Star, Mr. Tremblay was Managing Director, Global Head of Portfolio Management at Hudson where he had oversight of groups including Global Portfolio Management, Global Markets, Global Insurance and Global Cash Management. During his eight year tenure with Hudson, he held several positions across the organization including roles of increasing responsibility in portfolio management as well as underwriting. Before joining Hudson and Lone Star, Mr. Tremblay was a Partner at Capital Square L.P., a real estate consulting and brokerage firm involved in all asset classes; Director-Business Development at Maestro L.P., a fund manager specializing in residential real estate; and an Asset Manager for CDP Capital - Real Estate (Cadim Inc.). Mr. Tremblay holds a Bachelor in Urban Planning from Université de Montréal and an MBA degree in Real Estate from Université du Québec à Montréal.

Donald Quintin - CEO

Donald Quintin is the Chief Executive Officer and Global President of Lone Star, responsible for setting business strategy and the overall management of the organization. Additionally, Mr. Quintin is the President, Opportunity Funds, responsible for directing origination activities of the Opportunity Funds globally as well as the Residential Mortgage Funds in North America. Mr. Quintin has 30 years of experience in the financial markets, comprising corporate and real estate investing and portfolio management. Since joining Lone Star in 2010, Mr. Quintin has served in multiple leadership positions, including President, Europe, with oversight of all origination activities across the region. Mr. Quintin is a member of the Hudson Board of Managers of the general partner of Hudson. Prior to joining Lone Star, Mr. Quintin was a Managing Director at Merrill Lynch. During his time there, he managed various businesses, including distressed structured trading and mortgage trading, and oversaw various legacy portfolios, including the ML Bank investment portfolio. Mr. Quintin began his career at Bankers Trust before moving to Salomon Brothers, where he served as a fixed-income trader and senior manager within the mortgage and corporate divisions. Mr. Quintin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Lawrence University, is a graduate of the Senior Executive Fellows program at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and holds a Post-Graduate Diploma from the University of Oxford, Saïd Business School.

John P. Grayken - Founder

John P. Grayken is the founder of Lone Star and Chairman of LSGA and has been actively investing in opportunistic and other assets for Lone Star for 29 years. Since the establishment of its first fund in 1995, Lone Star has organized the Lone Star Funds totaling approximately $95 billion in aggregate capital commitments. In addition, Mr. Grayken is the founder of Hudson, a full-service asset management company with 774 employees worldwide that provides advisory and administrative and support services to the Lone Star Funds and their investment activities. Hudson, an SEC-registered investment adviser, has advised the Lone Star Funds with respect to approximately 1.28 million assets with an aggregate purchase price of approximately $268 billion (including acquisition financing and co-investors). Mr. Grayken holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Jérôme Foulon

Jérôme Foulon is the Global Head of Commercial Real Estate at Lone Star, responsible for leading CRE origination teams across all regions and overseeing the CRE asset management platforms. Mr. Foulon has over 27 years of experience in the real estate sector, with expertise in acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio strategy. Since joining Lone Star in 2018, Mr. Foulon has held various senior leadership roles, including Senior Managing Director of Global Origination, where he was responsible for the investment strategy and policy across Lone Star's commercial real estate funds. Prior to joining Lone Star in 2018, he served as Managing Director in the real estate division of PSP Investments from 2004 to 2017, where he acquired and managed a global portfolio valued at over $40 billion. Mr. Foulon led transactions worth more than $20 billion, focusing on complex recapitalizations and privatizations across key markets in the United States, Europe, Latin America, and Australia/New Zealand. Before joining PSP in 2004, Mr. Foulon was a Real Estate Portfolio Manager at Cadim Inc., a subsidiary of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, where he worked for four years. Mr. Foulon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Economics from HEC Montréal and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2003.

Mark Coker - Chief Legal Officer

Mark Coker is the Chief Legal Officer of Lone Star, responsible for oversight of the legal and compliance functions of the organization. Mr. Coker has 35 years of experience in international business transactions. Mr. Coker previously served as Managing Director and General Counsel, Europe for Lone Star and General Counsel of Hudson's European business unit. Prior to joining Hudson in 2016, Mr. Coker spent more than 25 years in private practice. He was a partner at Vinson & Elkins RLLP in London, and before that, he was a partner at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Mr. Coker is qualified and registered as a solicitor in England and Wales. He holds an MA from Cambridge University in Classics and Law.

Michael King - Managing Director

Michael King is a Managing Director and the Chief Compliance Officer of Lone Star and Hudson, responsible for the compliance function of both organizations. Mr. King has 24 years of experience in securities compliance and regulation. Prior to joining Lone Star in 2018 and Hudson in 2020, Mr. King served as Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at TPG and Chief Compliance Officer of TPG Capital BD, as Chief Compliance Counsel at Gerson Lehrman Group and as an Assistant Director with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Enforcement. Mr. King holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Vanderbilt University and a Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law.

Nick Beevers

Nick Beevers is the Global Head of Fundraising for Lone Star, responsible for all fundraising, investor relations and business development activities. Mr. Beevers has 25 years of experience in international investment banking and financial services. Since joining Lone Star in 2011, Mr. Beevers has served in multiple leadership positions within the Lone Star and Hudson organizations, most recently as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Hudson. At Lone Star, Mr. Beevers' prior roles have included President of the North America region, Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff and Global Head of Investor Relations and Fundraising. Mr. Beevers is a member of the Hudson Board of Managers of the general partner of Hudson. Prior to joining Lone Star in 2011, Mr. Beevers spent eight years as an investment banker with JPMorgan in New York and London, focused on equity capital market transactions. Mr. Beevers holds a Bachelor in Business from the University of West of England, Bristol Business School.

Rebecca Williams Smith - CEO

Rebecca Williams Smith is a Senior Managing Director and the General Counsel for Lone Star, responsible for the legal function of the organization. Ms. Williams Smith has practiced law for 25 years. Ms. Williams Smith previously served as Deputy General Counsel to Lone Star. Prior to joining Lone Star, she worked for Hudson in a variety of capacities including Managing Director, Senior Fund Counsel focused on fund matters, Vice President and Counsel with a focus on European transactions and related matters by certain Lone Star Funds, and assisting with certain regulatory matters. Prior to joining Hudson in 2008, Ms. Williams Smith was a Partner in the Dallas, Texas office of Baker Botts L.L.P., where she advised on various corporate transactions with a particular focus on M&A transactions and public and private equity offerings. Ms. Williams Smith holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a JD from Baylor University.

Vinay Khandelwal - COO

Vinay Khandelwal is the Chief Operating Officer of Lone Star, responsible for overall operations and assisting in the day-to-day management of the firm. Mr. Khandelwal has 18 years of experience in finance and investing in various asset classes across the U.S. and Europe. He most recently served as the Managing Director responsible for the operations and portfolio management activities of the Opportunity Funds in Europe and North America and previously was Managing Director on the underwriting team at Hudson in the U.S. and Europe. Prior to joining Hudson in 2010, Mr. Khandelwal worked for several years at Lehman Brothers and Moody's in the structured finance and private equity real estate teams. Mr. Khandelwal holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
