UNLIKELY HERO PRODUCTIONS

Unlikely Hero Productions is an independent film production company based in the Greater Los Angeles Area. Formed in 2009 and owned by Joseph Brocato who founded the company with Cesario Tio at a coffee shop in Los Angeles' Larchmont neighborhood. A fitting location given Larchmont's status as L.A.'s smallest neighborhood, these two upstart filmmakers set out with a mission fueled solely by their inspiration and determination to bring real-life stories about unlikely heroes to the screen. Stories that increase awareness and understanding about important issues and inspire the unlikely hero in each of us. During its first decade, Unlikely Hero Productions' films have been distributed worldwide to audiences and educational organizations via film festivals, theatrical screenings, digital and retail distributors, and received multiple awards while staying true to the message of the unlikely hero.
