Sarah Bellisario is a freelance and published illustrator, art teacher, academic researcher, creatrix and compulsive children's book collector.
Yoshie, a self-taught visual artist, illustrator, and pattern designer from northeast Japan, shifted from studying veterinary to fashion design before establishing herself as an illustrator and collage artist in Tokyo in 2006.
Her diverse portfolio spans several published picture books, advertisements, textile and wallpaper patterns, and various collaborations, including with the design duo ‘Sas and Yosh'.
Inspired by shapes found in nature, she explores her life's philosophy through colours and patterns in artworks.
