Edward is a South African citizen and a Co-Founder of MB Financial Consultants. He has experience in the financial services industry of over twelve years specializing in Investment advisory having worked at FNB Financial Planning & Advisory Services, GATZO Independent Investment Advisors. He is a Board Member of PWS Holdings (Pty) Ltd and is a member of the Investment Committee of PWS Asset Managers. Edward holds a Bachelor of commerce degree majoring in Economics and Investments, and completed his post-graduate diploma in financial planning through the University of the Free State. He currently holds the position of MD at Net Wealth Analytics a Financial Services Provider incorporated in South Africa and serves as the Executive Head responsible for Investments at MB Financial Consultants.
Mfanasibili is a Swazi citizen and the Founder of MB Financial Consultants. He has experience in the financial services industry of over nine years having previously worked in Investment Management at African Alliance, Micro-Finance at Blue Financial Services and Employee Benefit Consulting at NBC Swaziland and Swaziland Employee Benefits Consultants. The various skills acquired from the different institutions place him well to deliver the required service to our clients at all times. In 2008 he completed the Debt Counselling Course with the Institute of Bankers. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Business Management a subsidiary of Chartered Secretaries Southern Africa. He has served on to the Swazi MTN Board as Non-Executive Director and was a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and the Human Resources and Remunerations Committee from 2010 to 2014. He was Chairman of the Human Resources and Remunerations Committee from 2013 to 2014. He was a member of the Marketing Sub Committee of the Swaziland National Sports Council from 2010 to 2013.
