Allyson Ballard

Allyson Ballard has been coaching gymnastics for the past 10 years. She has a wide variety of coaching experience, from preschool aged children all the way up to compulsory and optional level gymnasts. Ally grew up in Pittsburgh, PA and competed as a level 10 gymnast. During her competitive career, Ally qualified for Regional and National competitions. She continued her gymnastics career as a collegiate gymnast at Ball State University. She graduated from Ball State with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Development. Ally's passion for the sport is what motivates her everyday. The thought of being able to teach and share her knowledge with young gymnasts is what keeps her coming into the gym with excitement day after day. To see a gymnast reach her fullest potential and to watch her succeed, and knowing that she have had a part in a young girl's success, is the sole reason Ally has chosen this career path.

Doug Miller

Doug has been a friend of the Ganim Family for well over 35 years now. He started coaching when he was 14 at Buckeye High School in Medina, until he graduated from there. Following graduation, he took a short break while attending his first few years of college. When Doug came back to coaching he jumped into the "club" gymnastics on the boy's side for 8+ years. A wise business owner told Doug he needed to go and learn from other programs around the country, he did just that. Doug spent 3 years in Cincinnati, a year in Texas, and 7 in California. While in Cali he owned his own gym for 7 years producing 5 college scholarships and 2 junior international elites. California relatives moved out and so Doug moved to IGI Gymnastics in Chicago. In 2004 Doug was on the floor at Olympic Trials and then had one athlete make it to the Olympic selection camp. Doug then spent another 8+ years at IGI producing many State, Regional, and National Champions from Level 6-10. Over the course of Doug's career, he has helped to produce over 50 college scholarships to more than 30 different schools. Beside wanting to help make GWT a state and regionally recognized competition gym, Doug hopes to positively push each athlete, mentally and physically, farther than they think they can go. To get the most out of each athlete for the betterment of themselves.

Emilee Siebenthal

Emilee Siebenthal has been a competitive gymnast at Gym World Twinsburg for the past 5 years. She has been competing in gymnastics since she was 5 years old. She is a sophomore at Aurora High School and has consistently been on the honor roll all while training and coaching. She loves working with kids to watch them achieve their goals as they learn. Her goal is to watch the young gymnasts develop the same passion for the sport of gymnastics that she has.

Greg Ganim

Greg Ganim started in gymnastics when he was born and has been involved in his families gymnastics business since 1999. While earning his bachelor degree at Kent State University, he ran Track and worked at Sea World in Aurora Ohio as a performer. Soon after he toured with the BudLight Daredevils, an acrobatic slam dunk basketball team and then landed in Vienna Austria for a year performing trampoline acts and high dives. Currently, Greg helps run and manage both Gymnastics World and Cheer World and coaches the Cleveland Cavaliers' C-Town Throwdown, which is their Acro-dunk entertainment team. Greg's gymnastics coaching accomplishments include multiple regional and national champions, many college bound level athletes and qualifying 2 gymnast to Championships of the USA. "My greatest accomplishment so far is bringing my boys, Charlie and Blake Ganim, into this world, with my amazing wife Carla"

Mike Helus

Mike Helus began his gymnastics career in the late 60's as a member of the Brecksville Gymnastics Team. Before joining Ron and Joan Ganim in the creation of Gymnastics World, Mike and the Gamins' spent most of their summers teaching week long gymnastics clinics with the Kent State coaches. In 1975 he helped build and start the Gymnastics World program. He has trained many gymnasts to the state, regional and national levels. During his team coaching time he coached some gymnasts you may know Greg, Missy, Kelly and Maggie that coach at Gymnastics World of Twinsburg. Mike has also spent many years teaching recreational and educational gymnastics. He developed the Rainbow Program in the 90s'. The Rainbow Program safely teaches proper progressions and tracks the progress of basic and advanced gymnastics skills. Mike has been with Gymnastics World for 40 years and is a proud member of Gymnastics World of Twinsburg .

Patrick Ludgate

Patrick is a proud parent of 2 gymnasts training on the competitive team program. Athletics and gymnastics has always been a part of his life. He started taking gymnastics classes when he was 4 years old. While his passion for gymnastics was eventually replaced with hockey and water skiing, he recognized the successes he had in those sports could not have happened without the strength, balance and coordination developed at an early age with the help of gymnastics. Patrick became a national level competitor in water skiing as a teenager. He played organized hockey from age 5 through his senior year in high school. While attending The Ohio State University, he spent 4 years as a fitness instructor and personal trainer at a health club. Patrick graduated from The Ohio State University with a BA in Communication in 1992 and spent the next 20 years in Columbus as a Project Manager producing television and commercial advertising. He is trained and certified in First Aid and CPR for adults and children, gymnastics safety & risk management and is a USAG certified instructor.

Stacey Siebenthal

Stacey attended Cuyahoga Community College on a full scholarship for Volleyball. She earned her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies in 1996. She works full-time as a Paralegal at the law firm of Reitz, Paul & Shorr located in Aurora, Ohio. Stacey is married and has four children, Kaitlynn,
