Our Physiotherapy Method at Barefoot follows The Barefoot Physiotherapy Plan™. Our goal is to help you be able to do what you want with your body. We use a thorough whole body assessment to work out the underlying cause of the condition. We can then treat it, teach you to treat it and together take care of your body long term. All Barefoot Physio appointments are held 1:1 in private rooms... And if for any reason you're not getting results, we'll work with you..
