Since joining Turbine Aero in October 2022, Cortney Scown has been an invaluable asset as our esteemed CFO. With a distinguished career spanning various leadership roles, Cortney brings a wealth of experience from his previous tenure at Honeywell Aerospace, where he held significant responsibilities and achieved remarkable successes. During his time at Honeywell Aerospace, Cortney served as the Engines GBE CFO, playing a pivotal role as a finance leader for the $1.9 billion Honeywell Engines Global Business Enterprise. His proven track record in accounting, financial reporting, financial modeling, forecasting, and financial analysis positions him as an expert in driving strategic decision-making and contributing to the overall financial success of the organization. Cortney's comprehensive understanding of large corporations and private equity environments further enhances his ability to navigate complex financial landscapes. Mr. Scown holds an MBA with a focus in Finance from Brigham Young University, which provides him with a solid foundation for leading financial operations. Peter Gille - CEO

Peter Gille brings a wealth of expertise and a distinguished career in the aerospace industry. With a focus on aircraft and turbine engines R&D, operations, MRO, engineering, and sales, Peter's experience is invaluable as the CEO of TurbineAero Inc. His unwavering commitment to implementing operational enhancements has been instrumental in driving the company's success. Previously, Peter held the esteemed position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at TurbineAero, where his contributions significantly propelled the organization's growth and development. Peter holds an impressive educational background, including a master's degree in electricity and electromechanics from the Industrial Engineering School of Antwerp, Belgium. He furthered his academic pursuits with a master's degree in Aeronautics and Aerospace Technologies from esteemed universities such as Leuven, Brussels, and Ghent, as well as the Royal Military School in Brussels, Belgium. Rob Wilson - Chairman

Prior to becoming Executive Chairman of TurbineAero, Rob Wilson served as CEO (Chief Executive Officer) at TurbineAero. Rob Wilson founded Aerospace Advisory Group, LLC in 2014, and served leading aerospace companies in consulting and board roles. Rob served the last 9 years of his 27-year Honeywell career as the President of the Business & General Aviation business, which serves customers who produce, operate and maintain business jets and general aviation aircraft across the globe. He grew the business at twice the industry rate to over $2.5B and expanded margins by over 50% in the period 2009 to 2014. In prior roles, Rob led the Military Aircraft electronics business to significant operational improvements and led the certification and production introduction of Honeywell's new generation propulsion engine. In early roles at Honeywell Aerospace, Rob had a series of engineering and business leadership positions with increasing responsibility, including leading Honeywell's engine/APU assembly and test facility, their engine/APU controls business, and leading the engine and mechanical systems technology development efforts. Rob was trained as a Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Manufacturing expert while in leadership positions at AlliedSignal. He started his career designing and developing gas turbines and related equipment at Solar Turbines, and has a mechanical engineering degree from Case Western Reserve University.

Tim Duffy

Tim Duffy, the General Manager of our TAR facility, brings over 25 years of aerospace industry leadership to the role. With a strong background in OEM and aftermarket businesses, Tim excels in driving business growth and operational excellence. At TAR, he has launched a five-year strategy to diversify into new markets and achieved significant revenue growth through strategic contract negotiations. Previously, Tim led substantial improvements at Rexnord Aerospace and Honeywell Aerospace, demonstrating expertise in program management, supply chain optimization, and customer relations. Tim holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MS in Materials Science, along with certifications in Six Sigma, Lean, and PMP. His international experience and multilingual skills enhance his ability to lead in a global market
