Founded in 1971 by Winnon and Grace Smith, Countywide Builders has operated as the premier construction firm in Lockhart and the Greater Caldwell County Area. Our primary goal is to provide efficient and high quality building services for both our residential and commercial clients. Through the years, we have expanded our expertise into design-build, commercial remodeling, historical renovations, land development, sitework, industrial, manufacturing, as well as large demolition projects... Most recently, our commercial division boasts a large résumé of office buildings to include medical, financial, mixed use, and retail. In addition to new construction, Countywide Builders also offers a wide range of experience in re-modeling and renovations.
