THREE POINT JAZZ GROUP

Three Point Jazz Group performs jazz standards and originals. The nucleus is John Smedley on guitar and Tim Clough on double bass. Since coming together in 2007 the group has performed at a broad range of engagements. These include wedding anniversaries, private parties, multiple events at Bates College, and fund-raisers among many others. They enjoy playing ambient music for events, as well as performing in concert settings. Tim and John often play as a duo for various smaller events where a quieter performance is ideal, but can expand the group to include drums, horns, and keyboards, as desired.
