She has been primarily working in the accounting field for the past 7 years in various business entities. She has a passion for the details and policies that working for nonprofits brings. Ami Myrland serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Capitol Bank in Madison, Wisconsin. Ami is responsible for the IT, Human Resources, Marketing, Retail and Finance areas of the Bank. Prior to joining Capitol Bank, Ami held a variety of roles from Auditor to Controller to CFO and had experience in a variety of projects and initiatives. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Edgewood College in Madison. She is a member of the Council for CATCH (Community Around the Children's Hospital), the Vice Chair for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) Board, a member of the Executive Committee for Madison's Light the Night Walk for LLS, and serves on the Board for the Wisconsin Bankers Foundation. She loves outsourced accounting work because it gives her the chance to learn about so many industries' methods and share a little of each one's unique experiences. Andie currently lives in Panama City, FL with her dog, Diesel, and cat, Dexter. In her spare time, she does a lot of reading, writing, tabletop gaming, and video gaming.
Angie Addison, PHR, SHRM-CP, is the founder of Milestones HR, LLC and enjoys working with small to medium-sized businesses for their Human Resources needs. She greatly enjoys partnering with Numbers 4 Nonprofits in their mission to serve nonprofits. She has been an integral part of supporting our team since 2018. Angie has been fortunate to work in both a Human Resources and an Operations capacity allowing her to become familiar with the inner workings of a company. Angie uses this knowledge to partner with business leaders on how to best integrate Human Resources as a contributing function of the business.

Betsy Spore is a dedicated accounting professional with a diverse background in the nonprofit sector. With over 14 years of experience in the nonprofit industry she has navigated software implementations, payroll, revenue, financial statements, and internal controls. Betsy's additional experience in government, health insurance, benefits administration, construction, retail and banking, demonstrates a commitment to diversified knowledge while making a positive impact. Prior to joining N4N, Betsy worked as Director of Finance and Accounting for a growth-driven, technology-based nonprofit where she successfully led and managed teams, developed and implemented strategic initiatives, and forged strong partnerships with stakeholders to maximize the organization's impact. She currently lives in Lake Mills, Wisconsin and spends her free time on the lake with friends and family. She also enjoys her pets, mindfulness, live music, and exploring new places.
Casandra has an Associate's Degree in Accounting and is working towards a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with her focus being Accounting. She has been working in the accounting field for the past 7 years at various levels. Nonprofits are near and dear to her heart - she has volunteered her time for two local ambulance services for the past 5 years. Outside of work, she enjoys running her two children around to various activities, reading, and playing sand volleyball.

Chad joined MYAC as Executive Director in 2022, and is responsible for strategic leadership, growth, and community impact for the collaborative arts center. Founded in 2005, MYAC serves as a destination for young people, artists, and educators throughout Southeastern Wisconsin, and has recently doubled its capacity upon the conclusion of a 2020 capital campaign.
Before joining MYAC, Chad invested a decade of service to the Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center (JCC). Serving as the JCC's Chief Marketing Officer, Chad was responsible for the brand advancement of the organization's six multi-disciplinary sites across the state of Wisconsin. He provided executive leadership to marketing, communications, special events, membership, and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining the JCC, Chad served as Vice President and Director of Client & Community Relations for PNC in Wisconsin. Charged with introducing the brand to the local community, Chad served on the senior leadership team and was directly responsible for the market's philanthropic, sponsorship, and community affairs portfolios. Over his career at PNC and its predecessor companies, Chad provided leadership in Corporate Marketing, Regional Operations, and Retail Banking. A product of equitable access to the performing arts, Chad was born and raised in Milwaukee. He studied theater at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and was a young playwright at Hamline University (Playwright's Center.) Chad previously served on the Board of Directors for Milwaukee Film and First Stage, was a Next Gen member of the United Performing Arts Fund and served as Annual Campaign co-chair for Sharp Literacy. Today, he proudly serves on the Board of Directors for the Alzheimer's Association of Wisconsin. Chad, his wife, and their four sons live in Shorewood with their two dogs, Marvin and Nice Guy Eddie.

Cierra Loth has an extensive background in small business accounting and special projects. With strengths in research and organization, Cierra is often called on to answer niche questions, make sense of complex sets of data, or develop the resources teams need to succeed. In her most recent role, Cierra managed bookkeeping, payroll, financial reporting, and taxes for several small businesses as a member of an accounting firm. She also led a community outreach project to educate small business owners on this year's new Federal filing requirement. In her spare time, Cierra and her husband love to go camping, read, play board games, build Lego, cook and more.
Courtney has dedicated 14 years of her career to assisting small and medium-sized businesses in the areas of Payroll, HR, Benefits, and Timekeeping. She currently holds the position of Senior Account Executive at B2E Solutions, a family-owned business located in Hartland, Wisconsin. B2E Solutions is a reseller of the UKG Ready platform and has been in business for over 30 years.
Before entering the field of Payroll, HR, and Timekeeping, Courtney was involved in helping small businesses select CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. This experience suggests her versatility and adaptability in assisting businesses with their technology and operational needs.
Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh. Additionally, she has a minor in International Finance and Trade.
Ella Schwierske joins the N4N team passionate to once again, serve the nonprofit community! Ella is used to a fast-paced work environment having spent the past 6 years working to coordinate projects and supporting busy IT Departments and software development teams. Prior to that, Ella brings over 7 years of experience in political communications having worked on both the governmental and NGO sides of environmental policy advocacy. She specializes in fundraising, events planning, campaign management and grants management. Ella is a proud Badger, holding a dual degree from the UW-Madison in the Biological Aspects of Conservation and Political Science. After work, Ella loves to be active and is an enthusiastic member of the Peloton community, also playing on numerous soccer and softball teams. Ella lives in Mt. Horeb with her husband Scott and their two cats.
Eric is an experienced marketer with over 15 years of planning and executing worldwide advertising and marketing campaigns for some of the world's most renowned companies and products. From launching AAA video game titles with Electronic Arts, to modernizing iconic food brands at General Mills, to introducing world-altering tech products with Apple, his marketing career has taken him all across the US to work with some of the brightest and most influential minds in business.
His most current role is as Chief Marketing Officer for Flamingo Theory Marketing which is a local full-service digital marketing agency that specializes in helping businesses throughout Dane County nail every aspect of their online marketing presence. As a Waunakee native, he takes great pride in bringing Fortune 500 marketing experience and techniques and distilling them into a company offering that elevates the digital acumen of the Madison-area business community.

Heather Throneberry lived in Ohio until moving to West Tennessee for college, where she earned a BBA in Management. She worked in event planning and meeting support, first at Kennedy Space Center in Florida, then in Nashville, TN. In 2011 Heather began working for a young local nonprofit as their fundraising event planner and the Office and Financial Manager. As the organization grew, so did Heather's accounting knowledge. In 2020 Heather transitioned to a firm where she managed the books for 7 nonprofits of various sizes. In an effort to take the next step of growth in the world of accounting, Heather joined the N4N team in February of 2024. Heather lives in Nashville with her husband and two children. She is a huge music fan, enjoys reading, traveling, and all things summer.

Before joining N4N, Jake was an office and financial manager for a local nonprofit for nearly 8 years. He has various experiences in other financial and administrative roles. He has a B.B.A. in Accounting and a B.B.A. in Entrepreneurship from UW-Whitewater. He also has an associate degree in criminal justice. Jake is passionate about helping to further the missions of other not-for-profits using his knowledge and expertise. Jake enjoys passing time with his wife and daughter, working on his classic car, and watching all the packer games.

Jason's journey to N4N began in 2010 with an opportunity to serve as Edgewood College's Loaned Executive during the annual United Way of Dane County charitable campaign. This experience sparked a career of service to nonprofits guided by the campsite rule - to leave them in better condition than you found them. Jason brings a variety of finance and accounting experience to N4N as both an auditor and staff of nonprofit organizations. He is a CPA licensed in Wisconsin since 2015. Jason resides in Edgerton, Wisconsin with his wife and two children. His love of the outdoors frequently follows him to the office in the service of conservation-minded organizations engaged in the protection of our wildlife, lands, and water.

She most recently served as the Operations Director at a music education nonprofit on Chicago's south side, where she developed and implemented strategic financial and HR initiatives while overseeing daily accounting and operations. Jen also has experience in accounting across various industries but is excited to join the N4N team and return to the nonprofit sector. Jen is passionate about advancing social equity and is eager to collaborate with mission-driven organizations making a positive impact in their communities. Jen lives in Chicago with her beloved dog, Sharkie, and enjoys ceramics, knitting, music, and riding bikes in her free time.

Jennifer Jeffress joined the Oscar Rennebohm Foundation as President in January 2023. Jenni has a long history in the philanthropic field, leading Madison Public Library Foundation for 12 years and Madison Children's Museum supporting the opening of the new museum in 2010. She has also worked in Brooklyn, New York at cultural and educational institutions. Jenni is invested in her local charitable community and has served on the boards of Monroe Street Arts Center, Girls on the Run Dane County, and the Rotary Club Foundation. Jenni has presented at national and international conferences for the Association of Fundraising Professionals, International Library Foundation Conference, Arts & Business Council, and Association of Children's Museums. She was also an adjunct lecturer at Baruch College in the School of Public Affairs. Jenni has a BA in Art History from University of Illinois and an MA in Education from Tufts University.

Kelley's accounting journey began 25 years ago in Las Vegas, NV. After working in the hotel & casino industry for 5 years there and in Lake Tahoe, she moved to Northern California to help open an Indian Casino. After her 9 year stint as Financial Controller, Kelley and her family moved to Southern Montana. Here is where she started accounting for small businesses and nonprofits. Most recently Kelley was handling billing and payroll for a nationwide education company. In her free time, Kelley enjoys watching her kids play multiple sports, volunteering for her church, and watching hockey.

Her favorite activity though is cheering on her oldest son on the soccer field and her youngest son stopping goals at the hockey rink.
After graduating from Indiana University, Kristin moved to Madison, WI in 2005 to pursue her Masters in Social Work degree. She has worked with nonprofits since that time, primarily in leadership roles. Kristin is passionate about sharing the knowledge she has learned over the years while also learning from new organizations. She is a former client representative of the N4N Advisory Board and the United Way of Dane County Board of Directors. Nick has been involved in public accounting since 1998. He shifted his focus to provide specialized accounting services to nonprofit organizations in 2006. He leads the N4N team in preparing nonprofits for annual audits, assisting with annual budgeting, creating forward-focused financial projections, and offering vital outside perspective. Nick is active in AICPA, WICPA, Downtown Madison Rotary, and Tocqueville Society of United Way of Dane County. He was recognized in In Business magazine's 40 Under 40 and was part of Leadership Greater Madison 14. Nick is proud to be a 2022 IRONMAN Wisconsin finisher. He enjoys spending time with family & friends, traveling, and cheering on the Packers and Badgers.
, CNAP, started working with nonprofits as an external auditor with Williams Young LLC (now Wipfli LLP) in 2000. Coupling this experience with an extensive knowledge of QuickBooks, Nicholas and his team bring timely, accurate financial information to their clients.
Rebecca holds a BS from UW Madison with an emphasis in Graphic Design. She has served in many roles in Nick's beginning ventures and is excited to help N4N now that their kids are older. Becca assists with firm marketing and graphic design, client annual filings, event management, and service project coordination. Her first 10 years of her career was with public accounting firms with a focus on preparing and reviewing tax returns for businesses and individuals with different industries. During that time, she got to work with N4N when it was partnered with a local CPA firm in Madison, WI, where she developed a passion for nonprofits accounting. Rose then spent the next 4 years working as Accounting Manager for Affordable Housings in Wisconsin and California. She most recently worked as Assistant Controller for an HOA management company in Irvine, CA. Rose is very excited about returning to work for N4N and to contribute her expertise to the team. She currently lives in Orlando, FL and enjoys exploring new places with family and salsa dancing.

Sara came to N4N after nine years in public accounting doing nonprofit audit and tax in the Milwaukee area. Her experience in the industry, as well as a board member and volunteer, continues to fuel her passion for working with nonprofits. Sara is a CPA, with a Master's degree in Accounting from UW-Milwaukee and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Brown University. Sara lives with her two dogs in Wauwatosa, and spends her time reading, hiking, baking, and enjoying all the activities and food Milwaukee has to offer.

Sarah has more than 25 years of business and accounting experience in multiple industries. Most recently, she spent the last 2 years in public accounting, exclusively working with nonprofits; something she finds very rewarding. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys traveling with family and watching her teenage daughters' various sports and interests.
Stephanie's professional life has been dedicated to empowering youth and strengthening families through her work in various community-centric organizations. Currently, she is at the helm of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Madison (RMHC-M), an organization that extends its support to more than 2,000 families annually. Drawing from her own experiences, Stephanie firmly believes that the unity of families plays a pivotal role in the healing journey.
Before her role at RMHC-M, Stephanie spearheaded corporate philanthropy initiatives for two nationally recognized companies. She also led communication and outreach endeavors for the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families and served as the Executive Director of a local education foundation, doubling the total assets during her tenure.
Beyond her professional achievements, Stephanie exhibits a strong commitment to volunteer leadership including serving as National Vice President of Alpha Xi Delta Women's Fraternity and the Board President of REACH-A-Child. Her involvement extends to organizations like TEMPO Madison, the Madison Public Schools Foundation Advisory Board, and the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse Parent Advisory Board. Stephanie has also been recognized as one of Brava Magazine's "Women to Watch."
Hailing from Kentucky, Stephanie remains an avid supporter of University of Kentucky basketball. As a first-generation college graduate, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in marketing and accounting from Marian University. Outside of her professional and volunteer commitments, Stephanie loves to travel alongside her life partner, Peter, and takes pride in witnessing her two young adult children, Maddy and Noah, leave their mark on the world.
