Learn more about how we can help improve your vision... Our ophthalmology practice traces its roots to the 1960's, when Robert N. Dunphy, MD, joined the practice of Dalton Peele, MD in 1963. Dr. Peele served as an ophthalmologist in the U.S. Military, and had returned from service in the Korean War. Dr. Peele and Dr. Dunphy shared an office at the Santa Ana Medical Arts Building, located at 1125 East 17th street in Santa Ana. Then in 1974, Dr. Dunphy moved to an office at 1201 West La Veta Avenue, on the campus of St. Joseph Hospital in Orange, and was joined in practice by Alexander F. Dora, MD.
