About me... I am an independent qualified counsellor & psychotherapist in private practice, registered and accredited by the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), and hold a Diploma in Integrative Counselling from LIFE-FORCE, Colchester. I am additionally qualified to offer tailored hypnotherapy where such an approach is considered appropriate. Following over ten years experience counselling in London, I relocated to Plymouth I also offer online video sessions as well as support by phone / messaging chat on the BetterHelp platform I work within, and am guided by, the BACP code of conduct and ethical framework. A humanistic and non-pathologicalising person centred core approach will be supplemented by other approaches that may include: Behavioural (e.g. CBT) - raising awareness of how small changes in thoughts may produce powerful changes in well being.
