County Line Industrial Park (CLIP) is an industrial park in northern Chambers and southern Liberty counties. It encompasses over 450 acres and is served by Union Pacific and BNSF railroads. CLIP's location allows tenants to conveniently serve eastern Harris County, as it is only a few short miles away.
