CAMBRIDGE HIGHLAND DANCE & COMPANY

Competitive highland dance lessons include highland, national, jig and hornpipe and is taught to children right through to adult. With over 30 years teaching experience, 34 years in the Cambridge area. Competitive (emphasis) and recreation classes available. Dancers have competed throughout Canada, U.S. and Scotland with numerous titles and championships won. Dancers have competed in the World Championships at Cowal in Scotland. August 2015 resulted in a 12 year student finishing in the top ten in the world in the Juvenile category. In August 2022, a dancer placed top 20 in the Junior World Championships... A dancer is the 2023 current Ontario Closed Champion in the 16 & Under 18. In addition she finished 2nd overall in Canada in the 2023 ScotDance Canada Championship Series held in Halifax.
