Mr K's was opened in July of 2010 by the Wilson Management group, and was sold shortly after opening to Scott & Lindsay Sieben in December of 2010. Scott has over 10 year in the restaurant business and was born and raised in Manhattan KS he graduated from Kansas State in 2008 with a degree in Hotel & Restaurant management... Mr. K's Cafe Bar is a locally owned and operated restaurant on the west side of Manhattan, Kansas located just 2 miles west of Bill Snyder family Stadium. Serving a unique menu including soups, salads, sandwichs, paninis and flatbread pizzas.
