Ashish heads global finance and procurement for Lumina Datamatics as their CFO and Head - Global Procurement. Ashish plays an essential role in managing mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, and joint venture partnerships. He has spent 20+ years in finance, audit/taxation, business planning/budgeting. Ashish is a ranked Chartered Accountant (CA) and DITM (Diploma in International Trade and Management). He holds certifications in Six Sigma Black Belt and is also an ISO lead auditor. He has worked earlier with Hapag Lloyd Global Services, Mahindra Life spaces, Tata Internet, and the Aditya Birla Group. He works out of Mumbai, India.

Dr. Lalit S. Kanodia is the Chairman & Director of Lumina Datamatics Ltd. He founded Datamatics Group in 1975, prior to which he was instrumental in the setting up of Tata Consultancy Services in 1967. As Chief Mentor at Datamatics, Dr. Kanodia drives all innovation, new product development and quality initiatives. Dr. Kanodia is an Executive Member of NASSCOM, the apex body of the IT-BPO industry in India. After obtaining a degree in engineering from India's premier technology institute, IIT, Bombay, Dr. Kanodia completed his doctorate in management and post-graduation in computer science from MIT (USA).

Jack heads Business Development for North America for the K-16 Education and the Society/Journal Divisions at Lumina Datamatics. Jack is responsible for existing and new partnerships, with a heavy focus on new initiatives in content development and digital technology. He also plays a critical operational role in transitioning the company to a complete full-service offshore model that includes all stateside services while maintaining necessary US headcount in strategic roles. Mr. Anant Singhania, a fifth-generation industrialist, is the CEO of M/s. J. K. Enterprises. He is a Director in J. K. Organization, Platinum Fashion Apparels Pvt. Ltd., and Commissioner on the Board of Commissioners of PT Jaykay Files, Indonesia. He is a commerce graduate from Sydenham College, Mumbai. Mr. Singhania commenced his career at Raymond Ltd. as a management trainee & rose through the ranks of becoming a Whole Time Director. In addition, he held multiple management and Board positions in various group companies. Mr. Singhania was the past President of the IMC Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
