Brad Cooksey is the President at the Lawton-Fort Sill Economic Development Corporation (LEDC). Mr. Cooksey attended Cameron University on a full scholarship for the men's basketball team and graduated from Cameron University with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Science with a Minor in Mathematics. He began his professional career as a teacher and high school coach at Lawton Eisenhower High School. Prior to joining LEDC, he worked in commercial real estate and commercial insurance. He is a native Lawtonian who has spent his 19-year career in roles focused on strengthening his community. Mr. Cooksey has served the Lawton-Fort Sill area through community involvement as the Lawton Public School Foundation President, Cameron University Foundation Board Member, Chamber of Commerce Board Member, Leadership of Lawton, Spirit of Survival Marathon Committee member, and Ambucs. Mr. Cooksey and his wife, Karen, have two boys, Carson and Colin. He continues to remain committed to the Lawton-Fort Sill Community and working to ensure it continues to thrive and prosper. Brad is a high school basketball referee and a foodie! He is great at encouraging his staff. He is our leader!

Christie Myers is the Business Development Director at the Lawton-Fort Sill Economic Development Corporation (LEDC). In this role, she is responsible for national outreach to company asset managers and Site/Tax/Incentive Consultants. She is active in local, state and national economic development organizations, attending forums, trade shows and industry events as often as possible. Christie was formerly with the Oklahoma Department of Commerce for 14.5 years before transitioning to LEDC. Christie and her husband Brad are active outdoors, with boating, golf and tennis being at the top of their fun meter. Christie and Brad have 3 children and 6 grandchildren who are located in Washington, California and Texas. Christie says Business Development suits her personality well and she loves meeting people across the country and building long term relationships. She is happy in her new home in the Lawton community and looks forward to spreading the word about the community to everyone she encounters. Christie attended the University of Oklahoma and is truly Sooner born and Sooner bred. She was a cheerleader back in the day at OU and is an OU Season ticket holder. She keeps us positive and with her experience she is our wise sage!

Richard Rogalski is the Project and Operations Consultant for the Lawton Economic Development Corporation (LEDC) and the Executive Director of the Lawton Economic Development Authority (LEDA). He graduated from the University of Arizona with a BSCE degree and has more than 15 years' experience as a private and public sector Civil Engineer, working in Arizona, California, and Guam. He moved to Lawton in 2001, joining the Engineering Division of the City of Lawton. Following more than 20 years with the City of Lawton, Richard retired in 2022 as the Deputy City Manager. He is the current chairman of the Board of Fit Kids Coalition of SW Oklahoma, Co-President of the Tour of the Wichita's event committee, and also serves on the board of the Lawton Farmer's Market Institute and the Lawton Community Health Center. He and his wife Kim have four children and seven grandchildren. They both share a passion for biking and triathlons and have completed many such events across the country. With his multiple roles, Richard is dedicated to helping the Lawton Fort Sill community achieve its great potential as a prosperous and livable community. He is our great advisor!

Tonja Anderson is the Office Manager at the Lawton-Fort Sill Economic Development Corporation (LEDC). Tonja is most likely the initial contact point for those reaching out to the LEDC office. She brings a wide range of experience that includes economic and chamber of commerce work in Tennessee, Alabama, and North Carolina. Tonja works closely with the other LEDC team members, in coordinating the day-to-day operations of the office, event planning and coordinating sponsorship. Tonja attended Bethel College, McKenzie Tennessee and is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma Economic Development Institute. When not working she and her husband Phil enjoy traveling and spending time with family which includes six children and fourteen grandchildren. She hails from Tennessee! She is our southern belle!
