Gardner Lee co-founded GCP's predecessor in 2013. He was instrumental in leading the management team to rapidly grow Fund I assets from $175 million at inception to over $800 million in five years.
Gardner devised the strategy to transform the company from a local to a regional industrial investment powerhouse by implementing a disciplined acquisition strategy focused on acquiring a geographically diversified portfolio of institutional quality assets in high-growth Southeast markets.
He shares responsibility for all aspects of the investment strategy and management of GCP's operations.

Jared Salmon joined GCP in 2022 as Vice President of Finance and leads the accounting team responsible for corporate accounting, fund accounting, and treasury. He plays a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance while evaluating economic efficiencies through cost-reduction strategies, including those corresponding to income tax matters.
Jared has over seven years of focused experience in real estate, which includes fund, property, and transaction accounting, as well as financial planning and reporting at both the property and corporate levels.

John Dobbins joined GCP in 2021 as Chief Financial Officer and leads the accounting, finance, information technology, and risk management operations across all GCP platforms. He also plays an integral role in securing and maintaining debt and equity relationships as GCP grows its Fund II portfolio.
John is a seasoned professional with expertise in GAAP accounting and reporting, strategic financial planning, and mergers and acquisitions.

John Grizzle is Vice President of Investments and is responsible for all aspects of acquisitions, development, and leasing. John joined GCP in 2018 as an Investment Analyst and was promoted to AVP/Investments in 2021 and to VP of Acquisitions in early 2023.
John works with his co-VP of Investments, Michael Flynn, to identify, evaluate, and negotiate investment opportunities for GCP's funds and separate accounts. He also leads underwriting for all investment opportunities and assists the finance team in maintaining portfolio projections.

John Hagefstration co-founded GCP's predecessor in 2013. He played a crucial role in the strategic implementation of the initial roll-up of assets and securing more than $200 million in additional equity commitments, along with over $400 million in secured debt, to fuel the rapid growth of GCP's Fund I platform.
John shares day-to-day responsibility for GCP's overall investment strategy. He also oversees risk management and legal affairs, runs the equity investment programs, and manages relationships with key stakeholders.
He is an experienced executive with over 30 years of experience working in multiple asset classes.

Katherine Jackson joined GCP in 2022 as Vice President of Accounting and leads the property accounting team responsible for the operational portfolio, financial services supporting development projects, and accounting software administration. She also maintains a strong support role in the acquisitions pipeline as GCP grows its Fund II portfolio.
Katherine has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and full-cycle accounting services for multiple clients ranging from privately held investors to publicly traded REITs.

Michael Flynn is Vice President of Investments and is responsible for all aspects of acquisitions, development, and leasing. Michael joined GCP in 2021 as a Development Associate after gaining experience in the commercial brokerage industry and was promoted to Development Manager in 2022.
Michael works with his co-VP of Investments, John Grizzle, to identify, evaluate, and negotiate investment opportunities for GCP's funds and separate accounts. He is also responsible for managing and expanding the company's speculative and build-to-suit development pipeline across the Sun Belt.

Paul Vardaman joined GCP in 2020 as a Partner of GCP and is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of development and construction.
Paul began his career in industrial construction in 2002 and spent 18 years with the same company before joining GCP. He has gained experience in every aspect of tilt construction and held many positions within the company prior to rising to Executive Vice President and Partner in 2016. During his tenure, the company grew from $15 million to $200 million in annual volume. His 400-plus projects in 27 U.S. states total over 19 million square feet in excess of $1.5 billion in project volume.

Stacey Wadsworth joined GCP's predecessor in 2015 as Director of Property Management and is responsible for all aspects of GCP Management Services (GCPMS), including property management and human resources. GCPMS manages over 10 million square feet of office and industrial space, including both GCP-owned and third-party properties.
Stacey's operational expertise plays a critical role in GCP's track record of high tenant retention and property maintenance at an institutional level. She is at the center of the company's vertically integrated management platform, a structure that will continue to be instrumental in GCP's success as an owner/operator of industrial assets.
