Fountain City United Methodist Church is a church family with deep roots and a long history in the Fountain City community in the heart of north Knoxville. We believe God has called us as a church to focus on two things: making disciples and changing lives... We take Jesus at His word when He commissioned His followers to make disciples; in Fountain City, throughout Knoxville, in Tennessee, and to the ends of the earth. We believe following Jesus leads us to the promise that He makes all things new. Everything we do, we do in the hope of making disciples of Jesus Christ and introducing them to the God who changes lives.
