Face it, there is no such thing as flawless skin. Our skin, by design, is in a constant state of change as it performs its main task of protecting what lies beneath. As an organ of the liver, one of its primary functions is detoxification. It makes sense then, that whatever we eat, drink, or encounter in the environment eventually affects our skin. So, let's face it, there is a whole lot more to skin care than simply washing our face! Healthy skin can only be achieved by caring for the body as a whole. Looking great is just one of the benefits of a good skin care routine. A healthy diet, exercise, not smoking, wearing sunblock and avoiding over exposure to the sun and other environmental stressors, along with using high quality skin care products are vital to your overall skin fitness. At "FACE IT Skin Fitness", everything I do is based on the above statement. I address individual skin issues in a practical, matter of fact way. Face it, we are all aging! How will we approach that?
