As Vice President and Chief Information Services Officer, Dickie Oliver brings to ARC extensive experience in the Information Services space. In his 25+ year career he has held numerous leadership roles in well-respected organizations such as YUM! Brands. Within YUM! Brands he progressed through eight roles of progressively increasing scale across a 20 year career. In addition to a strong blend of global experience, Oliver brings an intense work ethic and passion for his people. Individuals he has guided have risen to hold roles such as head of IT for Fortune 500 companies. Dickie's role on the Dartmouth Tuck Business School CIO Council reflects his intense passion for learning and staying current in his field.

Eric Barger

Eric Barger is responsible for leading the company's talent acquisition, employee development, retention and total rewards programs. As a member of ARC's Executive Team, Barger spearheads the company's strategy for cultural change and employee advancement. Barger came to ARC in September 2016 from Laureate Education, where he served as vice president of talent management. He began his career consulting before moving to Discovery Communications as a manager of talent strategy and organizational development. In the years to follow, he held diverse executive positions focused on human resources at a number of companies, including Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Constellation Energy, McCormick & Company and Agora Publishing. Barger holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. He also earned a master's and doctorate degree in industrial/organizational psychology from George Mason University.

Mike Premo - CEO, President

ARC President and CEO Mike Premo to Present the ABCs of NDC As President and CEO, Mike Premo plans and leads the execution of ARC's overall corporate strategy. With the help of the Executive Team, he also oversees the company's operations in support of revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Premo became ARC's President and CEO in June 2011 after serving as the company's Vice President of Business Development, during which he managed and guided relationships with all ARC customer groups, including travel agents, Corporate Travel Departments (CTD), carriers and third parties. In addition, Premo was responsible for growing ARC's sales program in support of the company's broad range of products and services. Before joining ARC in 2006, Premo served as Senior Vice President - Global Network for TQ3 Travel Solutions and held senior executive positions at Navigant International, TQ3's parent company. He also served as President and CEO of SatoTravel from 1990-1999. Having grown up in Minnesota, Premo began his industry career at Northwest Airlines after which he first entered the agency business at Gelco Travel.

Thomas F. Casalino

Thomas Casalino is responsible for strategic leadership of ARC's financial activities, including monitoring and accounting of the company's financial performance to ensure that ARC meets its financial and liquidity requirements. He also manages financial settlements with travel agencies and carriers, and oversees ARC's office services. Before joining ARC as Vice President of Financial Services and CFO in 2008, Casalino served as Vice President and Regional Director for CBIZ Risk & Advisory Services, providing consulting services in risk management, internal audit and Sarbanes Oxley compliance for a diverse set of clients. He also held executive and senior financial management positions at Circuit City, Capital One and Shawmut Bank subsequent to his formative experience at Ernst & Young. Casalino earned his Bachelor's degree from the College of the Holy Cross and has achieved both Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor designations.
