Andrew Cooch

Andrew Cooch was licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland in 1981. In 1982 he was admitted to the Federal Bar for the District of Maryland. In 2005 Governor Robert L. Ehrlich, Jr., appointed Mr. Cooch to the Maryland Affordable Housing Trust Board of Directors. He is also a member of the Maryland Land Title Association where he served as an officer on the Board of Directors. The Mr. Cooch is active in community affairs and has served for over twenty years on the Board of Directors of Bello Machre Inc. and Richcroft Inc., both being providers of residential facilities for the developmentally disabled. He also serves as an independent director for The Bank of Glen Burnie and is active in the Maryland Bankers Association. His practice is largely centered on real estate law, business representation and civil litigation.

David A. Bowers

David Bowers has been a member of the Maryland Bar and a practicing attorney since 1980. He is a member of the Maryland Land Title Association and the Maryland and Anne Arundel County Bar Associations. Mr. Bowers facilitates settlements for Bank of America across Maryland and the Mid-Atlantic.

M. Clare Schuller

M. Clare Schuller joined CB&S in 2012. Her practice involves civil transaction and litigation of individuals and businesses. She advises Banks on transactional document preparation and actively works in commercial and residential real estate transactions. Additionally, Ms. Schuller has extensive experience in buying and selling of businesses. She earned her J.D. cum laude from the University of Maryland Carey School of Law in 2012. She is admitted to practice in Maryland and the US Tax Court. Ms. Schuller is active in the community through her representation of Low Income Taxpayers and is experience with the Internal Revenue Service's Chief Counsel Small Business/Self-Employed Office in Baltimore.
