Kevin Chan - Chief Legal Officer
Kevin specialises in international trade and maritime law, with a focus on charterparty, carriage of goods, admiralty, and commodities disputes.
Kevin is qualified to practice law in Singapore and is an Accredited Specialist in Maritime and Shipping Law appointed by the Singapore Academy of Law. He advises on maritime disputes and represents clients in Singapore Court proceedings, institutional arbitrations (ICC /SIAC/HKIAC) and adhoc arbitrations (SCMA Rules, LMAA terms).

Xi Ying is an Associate of the Marine and International Trade team in the Singapore office, and regularly advises clients on disputes arising out of charterparties, contracts of carriage, facility agreements and contracts for the sale and purchase of a wide range of commodities.
Xi Ying has represented shipowners, cargo owners, insurers and financiers on both contentious and non-contentious matters. For contentious matters, she has represented clients in various complex disputes stretching from Singapore court proceedings to arbitrations administered by institutions such as SIAC, LMAA and HKIAC.
