TAMWORTH REGIONAL CRAFT CENTER

Many craft groups operate out of the Centre, these groups diversify in a wide range of activities associated with their main established craft. The land and building were purchased outright in the year 2000 by four of the groups. The main building (fondly known as the Craft Shed) underwent major internal refurbishing and was adapted to the needs of each craft. The building was formerly used to manufacture corrugated iron water tanks. The grounds are sufficient to allow onsite parking and now boast an extensive garden layout.
