A multi-industry entrepreneur with a passion for real estate, Gary Rohr owns and leads Resolute Investments, Inc., located in Denver, Colorado. Resolute is one of the most active developers and real estate owners in the region. Resolute has developed and currently owns hotels, self-storage, rv-storage, general office, medical office, industrial, multi-family, retail and land. Growing up in Iowa, Gary has a strong affinity towards the land and brings a very long-term ownership mentality to the philosophy of Resolute. Resolute understands its Purpose: "At Resolute we influence the built environment for generations to come by creating places that enhance the human experience." This purpose originates with Gary.
Gary brings 25 plus years of experience in real estate ownership and development, as well as private equity investments. As founder and CEO, Gary channels his high level of energy and vision to develop only "A Plus" development projects and companies. He is a dedicated, self-made individual who displays the highest level of integrity in all dealings.
Previously, Gary also co-founded and was principal of Stonebridge Companies, a hotel development and management company that grew to be one of the largest and most successful hotel companies in the United States. After developing and operating more than 50 hotels, Gary sold his interests in 2005. Most of these hotels were operated under Marriott and Hilton brands. He was co-founder of Diamondback Tactical who provided world-class training and products to Tier-One military units such as the U.S. Secret Service, FBI, U.S. Air Force, etc.
Gary graduated cum laude from Regis University in Denver where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics.
His passion for excellence does not end in the business world. He is a passionate husband, father, mountain climber, deep sea fisherman, skier, fitness enthusiast and an instrument rated private pilot who pilots his own airplane. Gary surrounds himself with people who love to have fun and live life fully.

Jack Rohr is a Development Manager and Broker Associate at Resolute Investments. Jack has worked in commercial real estate since he was 14 in property management, pre-construction, and brokerage and now development and aqusitions. He began his career at Resolute in property maintenance, moved his way up to property management, and is now working in both Brokerage and Development to add value.
Jack attended the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business, and received a degree in Real Estate and the Built Environment with a concentration in Real Estate. Jack took advantage of his time at DU by becoming the president of DU's largest mental health advocacy organization, purchased his first rental property, was treasurer of his fraternity, and currently holds the record at DU for most organizations partnered with for events on campus. He's worked to coordinate 100's of volunteers, raised funds for charities, and worked along DU's health and counseling center to at DU to ensure the $100,000 grant received from the Garrett Lee Smith Foundation was put to its best use. He married with twin girls Ava and Sophia. He is also a workout/health enthusiast and enjoys running with his 7-year-old husky, Goose and 4-year-old Goberian, Oddie.
Karen joined Resolute Investments in 2014 with over 30 years of experience as an executive assistant and office manager. Karen has been in the financial services industry a majority of her career, most recently working at an estate planning firm catering to high net worth clients. Before that, she worked in the regional office of one of the largest securities firms in the country.
Karen's greatest joy is her family. She is head usher at her church and is a past board member and front of house manager for Magic Moments, a non-profit organization that incorporates nearly 200 handicapped and able-bodied actors into a yearly musical theater production. In her spare time, Karen enjoys volunteering, traveling, spending time with her friends and a relaxing game of golf with her husband.

Kris Barnes, Executive Vice President of Resolute Investments, leads all company developments, acquisitions, and day-to-day office operations. His leadership, and his ability to assess and solve problems, creates a perfect mix from which to build teams that are successful in navigating new challenges and asset types. He prides himself in understanding the details of developments and acquisitions, but also in navigating the big picture of what an overall investment is working to accomplish, for the company and our investors. More specifically, Kris is involved in the full life cycle of the deal, from sourcing and underwriting, to entitlement and construction, and finishing with lease up and asset management.
Kris was born into the real estate business, as his family has been involved in real estate and development for over 50 years. He can remember learning to drive in new commercial subdivisions, and later digging ditches on new developments as a college student. During Kris's 18-year career, he has spearheaded or been involved in over $300M in real estate acquisition and development projects, including medical office, industrial, self-storage, multi-family, retail, townhomes, and office.
Kris is a man of faith, a loving husband, and the father of two beautiful girls. He is a Colorado native and enjoys playing golf and soccer, skiing and scuba diving.

Laura Frenkel is a senior broker at Resolute Investments. She assists new and seasoned investors to grow their wealth through acquisitions and leasing of commercial properties. She specializes in all types of investment properties from office, retail, warehouse and multifamily. Over her career Laura has completed 800+ transactions worth more than $300 Million.
Laura got her start in commercial real estate in 2011 after graduating from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business. Her first position was as a commercial property manager and leasing agent for a small management company. Her time in property management provided her helpful insight into all aspects of property maintenance. In 2014 she moved away from property management and into full time commercial brokerage services.
Beyond her real estate career, Laura is a wife, mother and Colorado native. She loves to spend time outdoors with her family. Hiking, snowboarding and taking their dog to the park are some of her favorite family activities. She is also a lover of travel, music and amusement parks. Items on her bucket list include visiting every National Park, Disney Park and iconic concert venue.
Lauren joined Resolute Investments in 2021, bringing almost 20 years of experience and a diverse background in real estate and property management. Prior to Resolute, Lauren worked with multifamily, single family residential, short term vacation rentals, and commercial office assets in both a management and an ownership capacity. Starting in 2002, Lauren has effectively managed all aspects of commercial and residential real estate - including acquisition, renovation, tenant leasing and retention, sales, vendor management and has a robust understanding of managing budgets, expenses, and capital projects.
Today, Lauren oversees and directs all property and asset management activities related to the Resolute commercial portfolio. She is responsible for the overall successful operations of all assets and assists the senior management team, working to strategize short-range and long-range organizational goals. She is a firm believer in Resolute's mission statement which is to "create places that enhance the human experience." She enjoys a challenge, collaborating with others, and any opportunity to learn something new.
In her spare time, Lauren loves to play tennis, watch her kids play sports, and spend time with her husband and super smart dog.

Mike Nottingham is the Controller at Resolute Investments and has been with the company since 2019. He oversees the Accounting, Human Resources, and insurance policies for the company. Mike graduated from the University of Colorado - Boulder and graduated summa cum laude from Regis University with an MBA focused on Accounting and Finance.
Mike has worked in the accounting industry since 2006. He believes that any successful company needs a reliable and accountable support system. His team is dedicated to providing support to the rest of the Resolute team that is needed to be successful.
He grew up in Greenwood Village and currently lives with his wife and kids in Denver. Mike enjoys spending his free time outdoors with his family. When time permits, he also enjoys cooking, skiing, lacrosse, concerts, and traveling.
